Aurinkoa, hiekkaa ja surffata!

Oma 2 makuuhuoneen, 2 kylpyammeen, 1. kerroksen merenrantahotelli on täysin varusteltu ja valmis vieraille! Se on ajomatkan päässä olevalla rannalla rauhallisella Ormond-by-the-Sea-rannalla, josta pääsee rannalle suoraan kadun toisella puolella rakennusta. Nauti aamiaista patiolla, kun katsot auringonnousua valtameren yli. Kun tulet rannalta, rentoudu kauniilla uima-altaalla!

Huoneisto nukkuu jopa 4 (1 queen bed, 2 kaksoset), SMART-televisiot olohuoneessa ja makuuhuoneessa, DVD-soitin, kaapeli-TV ja langaton internet. Uudistin yksikön kokonaan vuonna 2017, joten kaikki on uutta ja päivitettyä, mikä antaa sille "modernin ranta-tunteen". Yksikössä on kvartsitasot, ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet, lasinen liesitaso ja täysikokoinen pesukone ja kuivaaja. Meillä on tartuntabaareja suihkussa ja kylpyammeissa, rantatuoleja, boogie-lautoja ja paljon rantapyyhkeitä.

A piece of paradise

We had a wonderful stay at Barbara's condo. It was great to be right across the street from the beach so we could walk the beach twice a day. The condo was well appointed and comfortable. The neighbors were friendly. We hope to be back again soon.

Not enough good things to say

We stayed at Barbaras home for a family medical emergency and it was perfect. Barbara’s home was beautiful and well stocked. She was a pleasure to deal with and went above and beyond to help us find another place to rent while my family continued their therapy. Beautiful view of the oven, cozy and very clean. Well stocked and easy to cook family meals and socialize. Anything you could need to cook is there already . There were games and books, tons of beach equipment for beach time fun. I absolutely recommend this property and the owner both were beyond expectations and 5 star all the way

Great condo! Such nice decor and well kept

I stayed at Barbara’s condo for three months while moving and it was perfect. I woke up every morning to the sunrise and took a walk on the beach. The beds are comfy and the condo is so nicely decorated with upgraded everything. Barbara was also super easy to communicate with and was a wonderful host. 10/10!

Wonderful!

My family and I had a great stay in July at this property. Very clean, organized, well laid out and a breeze dealing with Barbara. The view is better in person than the pictures let on and the walk to the beach was quick and easy. We look forward to staying here again!

Great Updated Beachfront Condo

What a great condo! Plenty of room in this first floor unit. The condo was recently updated with high end finishes, including really nice furniture, quartz counters, marble shower, etc.. Not common to see this quality in a beach condo, and we really appreciated it! The beach access walk-over is right across the street, and the unit was stocked with beach chairs, towels, etc. -there was even a boogie board, skin board, etc. for renters with kids. The owner, Barbara, was super responsive to everything we needed! We enjoyed our stay so much, we extended it another few months!

Very happy

The condo was beautiful, it was a quiet relaxing atmosphere, but also a quick drive to Daytona for some fun! The owner was absolutely amazing throughout the stay due to some work being done on the buildings itself and was quick to fix anything she could to make our stay as enjoyable as possible! We will definitely be coming back to stay very soon!!!

Beautiful condo next to the beach!

The condo was beautifully decorated with a very nice well stocked kitchen. Most of all the basic were there for your stay. It was very clean and cozy. The owner was very nice and ensured we were pleased with our stay.

Great place

Unit was recently remodeled and it's great. All new everything. Location is great, right on the beach and convenient to things to do. Definitely want to come back. Some problem with the VRBO folks, but the owner is wonderful to deal with.

Amazing!

Nice and quiet relaxing stay

Overall very good ! Kids enjoyed the Games, pool and beach! The only thing off was a strange odor in the unit when we arrived. It eventually went away or we got used to it. Thanks for a good week!

Fantastic!!!

Very warm, comfortable and cozy condo. The beach was awesome and perfect just across the street. Access to many restaurants and shopping and Daytona, yet not the noise and hoopla of the strip. Owner was accessible and very accommodating. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Michaeline Austin

Great spot

We had a minor problem when we arrived and it was immediately taken care of. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. We had occasion to talk to the owner and she was very friendly and helpful. We learned that the unit will be getting some upgrading but it was very clean and comfortable for us during our time there. The location is very convenient to the beach and just a short drive from shopping, churches and other attractions. Very quiet location and this was conducive to our enjoying the time. We will be returning next year.

Originally from New York, I now live in Florida and love to get out to the beach whenever I can. I'm a professor at the University of Central Florida (Go Knights!) and I have been hosting guests at my beach property since 2013. I enjoy helping guests have a great beach getaway!

I chose Ormond Beach because it is a very lovely and peaceful beach, yet not far from the popular tourist destinations of Daytona Beach and St. Augustine. Ormond feels like 'my' beach, as it's rarely crowded and locals are very friendly. Dolphin sightings are common, and local dining is excellent. My unit is cozy and comfortable. You will love it if you want a relaxing beach getaway!

I really like that the unit is on the first floor, as it's really fast and easy to get to the beach and I can drive up and easily unload groceries, luggage, etc. I completely renovated the unit in 2017, making it more modern and comfortable for my guests. The appliances are modern and the furniture is from nice places like West Elm and Macy's.
