PARKING RULES

MAXIMUM 2 CARS parking is allowed per house. Remember if you do not follow HOA parking rules you may have your car towed in and it’s 100% outside our control.
WE do not call to town in company, the HOA does it.

TO HEAT the pool and/or jacuzzi(when available) $35.00 per day minimum 3 days. Exception only for 2 nights stay: $75.00. 13.5% tax will be applied.

BBQ $80.00 per stay - Includes:
One propane refill as needed ( you may refill by self and get reimbursed or we delivery a full propane tank in up 2 hours).
The grill cleaning after your check out.

Our home is very well located in Lake Berkley Resort overlooking the main lake, where you find the walking trail, fishing pier, volleyball court and children's play.The community heated pool, kids splash area, gym, basketball tennis court can be found near to the Club House..
