Bright & Spacious Upstairs Room in Peaceful Home

Located in a safe and quiet Cul-de-sac, this sun-filled upstairs room offers a comfortable, spacious place to relax.
Grocery stores, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance! With quick access to I-15 and I-805, it’s an easy drive to the airport and top attractions such as La Jolla Cove, Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo, SeaWorld, and Legoland.

This upstairs room is bright, spacious, and set up to make your stay easy. The queen memory foam bed comes with fresh linens and fluffy pillows, and if you need extra sleeping space, a clean air mattress with a fitted sheet, duvet, and pillows is available on request.

You’ll SHARE a well-kept bathroom with one other guest in a separate room—it’s stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There’s also a half bath downstairs for quick access.

The room has blackout shades to help you get a restful night’s sleep. There’s a dedicated desk and chair, along with fast Wi-Fi if you want to work remotely or plan your day. A smart TV is across from the bed so you can watch your favorite shows. The room stays cool with A/C, and includes closet space, bedside lighting, and a few thoughtful touches to help you feel at home.

The coffee station includes a coffee maker, hot water kettle, complimentary coffee and tea. You’ll also have access to an in-unit washer and dryer—convenient for longer stays.

You will enter through the private entrance (wooden side gate), so you can come and go as you please. There’re solar lightning to guide at night.
Parking is easy—we have one dedicated parking spot on our driveway for you or you can use free street parking if needed.

The room is on the second floor of the house and SHARES a bathroom with one other guest upstairs. The room equipped with keypad doorknob for security and convenience. You’ll also have access to COMMON SPACES, including the kitchen, living room, laundry area, and a convenient half bath downstairs.
