Welcome to Casa LaBelle, a premier property in the Village of LaBelle South! Ideally situated between Brownwood and Lake Sumter this home offers quick and easy access to dining, shopping, live concerts, golf courses, and country clubs, with grocery stores, pharmacies, medical facilities, and much more conveniently located right around the corner. Casa LaBelle is perfect for a weekend getaway or an extended stay!

Step inside this charming space and discover an inviting open-concept area with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. After a day of adventures, relax on the comfortable furnishings or gather around the dining table for a meal prepared in the fully equipped kitchen, which has everything you need to feel right at home. Enjoy restful nights in spacious bedrooms adorned with plush bedding, providing the perfect sanctuary after a day of exploration.

The main bedroom and bath area includes a king-size bed, double vanity sinks, a walk-in shower with a grab bar, and a tub/spa for soaking. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed, a tub/shower combination, and complete privacy with a pocket door off the guest hallway.

Outside, you'll find a glassed lanai with a loveseat and chairs, as well as a pet-friendly yard with a gas grill. Whether you’re looking for a weekend escape or an extended stay, Casa LaBelle offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Please note: This is a streaming-only property.

At Casa LaBelle, you'll have access to the entire home and the garage. Please note the third bedroom is not available for use as it is reserved for the owner's storage.

You have two options for obtaining a guest pass: a free guest ID or a Temporary Lifestyle Resident ID from The Villages for $50.00, which includes two passes. Both options are valid only during your stay. I will send more information prior to your arrival so these can be ordered and ready when you arrive. Please note that either option will require you to provide a copy of a valid photo identification.

Casa LaBelle can be accessed through the front door using a smart lock.
