Spacious charming Studio in Marciana Marina

Comfortable, chic, central and brand new! This studio on the second floor of a historic building overlooking the main square of Marciana Marina has just been renovated. It offers one double bed on the loft and one very comfortable sofa bed for two more. The small fully equipped kitchen is complete with oven and garbage to simplify wet management. The bathroom includes a large shower and bidet.
Perfect for a vacation as a couple, family or friends.

The condominium parts of the house are NOT renovated. In summer sometimes because of the winds there may be a smell of sewage in the trumpet of the condominium stairs.. This depends on the outdated pipes that will be reviewed in the fall. Sorry for any inconvenience.

The kitchen sink is equipped with garbage disposal that can be dangerous to fingers.
The garbage disposal is used to cut food leftovers: only food!!!!!!. Bones, hazelnuts and vegetables (artichokes, pineapple, pineapple,) can't be used in garbage, otherwise it will break.
Again, ATTENTION TO YOUR FINGERS and CUTLERY

The shared entry and stairs are NOT renovated. Sometimes, when wind blow in a particular way, there can be bad smell in the common stairs (not the apartment). This is due to obsolete plumbing and will be fixed in the fall. We are sorry for any inconvenience.
The kitchen sink is equipped with insikerator, or garbage disposal. This is intended for soft food scraps only: no objects of any kind (be careful with silverware), no bones of any kind, no fibrous vegetable such as artichokes, pineapple etc.
