For your convenience, there is also a 1-volume luggage room and a changing room, with shower and toilet, both available free of charge to guests, as well as 24-hour reception. It is not allowed to take any items from the suite to the beach, such as beach chairs. The building where this accommodation is located has two entrances: one on Rua Prado Júnior, 48, and the other on Rua Princesa Isabel, 7. After 8pm, access should only be via Rua Princesa Isabel, 7. The sockets in the accommodation are 220V. Notebooks and cell phone chargers are bivolts (we recommend checking before use). The tenant must provide a list with full names and identity documents of all people who will stay in the apartment during the stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People who are not on the provided list cannot enter the building. Important: After submitting the list, you cannot unsubscribe a guest and then resubscribe another. This means you cannot exchange or replace guests during their stay. Staying in the space is exclusive to registered guests, and entry of other people is not allowed. Separate organic and recyclable waste, disposing of them in different garbage bags. Use the service entrance and elevator when carrying luggage or bathing clothes. Our check-in is from 3 pm and our check-out before 11 am. If you want to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, check availability. For each reservation, we provide 1 set of bedding per bed and 1 set of towels per guest. Bedding and towel exchange service can be hired and paid separately. Be careful with products that may damage them, as any damaged items may be debited from your security deposit.
