The Space:
****As part of routine lake maintenance and shoreline repair efforts by Georgia Power, Lake Sinclair will be drawn down by approximately 5 feet starting October 25, 2025. The lake refill is anticipated to begin on December 1, 2025****
**The View: Your Perfect Lakeside Retreat**
Welcome to The View, a stunning waterfront property on Lake Sinclair, where every moment is a chance to create unforgettable memories. This spacious 4-bedroom on the main level includes 1 Master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, 2 King Bedrooms and 1 bedroom with a bunkbed (full over full) + 1 twin bed. (updated photos coming soon). The upper-level open floor plan has large windows with breathtaking views of the lake, a fully stocked kitchen, a dining area and an additional full bathroom. The property sleeps 12 but can accommodate up to 14 guests with pre-approval from Lakeside Property Management.
The kitchen is stocked with 2 types of coffee makers (pod and drip) for coffee lovers, an instant pot for quick and easy meals, Calphalon pots, pans, and knives, and a blender just to name a few. The propane grill is located on the upper-level back balcony to take in the most incredible view of lake Sinclair while you grill. The indoor dining room seats 10 with six at the dining room table and 4 at the kitchen countertop.
Work from paradise! Our rental includes a dedicated workspace with breathtaking views of Lake Sinclair. Enjoy the best of both worlds a productive work environment and a relaxing escape
You will also find covered outdoor patio seating on the front porch and back porch with brand new Polywood tables and chairs. The elevated back porch seats six and the front porch seats four. Enjoy your morning coffee sitting in 2 rocking chairs overlooking a private 1-acre lot or watch the unforgettable sunrise on the back deck.
For inside entertainment needs, each room features smart TVs with Roku remotes. The Roku account is enabled with a Guest Mode to stream all your own favorite shows. Guests enter their checkout date and Roku will automatically sign out of all accounts when you depart, so you don't have to remember to. The upper level also has a game closet full of board games, puzzles, a large Jenga set and large checkers for adults and children to enjoy.
Venture down to the finished basement and let the competitions begin! Discover the gaming area fitted for players of all ages that includes a pool table, a ping pong table, air hockey, darts, cornhole, a 2-seater gaming pixel with over 200 arcade games and a life size connect four. You will also find the lower level also includes a full living room area with a large sectional, a 55-inch TV, a queen bed and full bathroom.
Soak in the One and Only view of its kind on Lake Sinclair by enjoying some fun in the outdoors. You can start with a quick 3-hole putting competition on the turf or venture down to the private dock for some relaxing fishing down by the lake.
Guests are welcome to fish at any time. Feel free to use whatever gear is left out at the dock or bring your own. The dock has 17 feet of water depth at the docks edge year-round. You can easily access the lake for swimming or boating adventures. Use the provided cleats on the side of the dock to tie up a boat or jet ski rental.
The dock is equipped with a ladder for easy access in and out of the lake, a mini fridge to self-stock during your stay, one person standing paddle board with paddle.
Once the sun starts to set be sure to sit back and unwind in a seven-seater hot tub overlooking the lake (available by reservation only). The hot tub fee is $400 per stay. Please let us know if you would like to reserve the hot tub for your visit. Please see "Other Details to Note" for booking fee and process.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire property, including the dock area. Guests will not have access to the locked closets on the main floor & one locked closet downstairs.
The hot tub is by reservation only. Unauthorized use of the hot tub will be billed at a minimum of $400 including any additional cleaning or service fees. This is a no pet property. Unauthorized pets is a $500 fee and will be billed back to guest .
The Neighborhood:
This is family friendly and safe neighborhood.
Getting Around:
The View is in a PRIME location. We are minutes away from groceries, dining and entertainment and gas stations. Milledgeville has a Kroger, Publix and Walmart for all grocery needs. We are nearly 15 minutes away from GSCU and GMC. 60 miles from the PGA Masters.
The nearest boat ramp access is 3 minutes away. You can put your boat in at the Chevron or drive over the bridge and put in at Little River Park. Less than a 5-minute drive from the property. Little River Park is the only marina on Lake Sinclair that offers a 24-hour pay at the pump for gas.
Other Things to Note:
This is not a pet friendly home. Unauthorized pets will be billed at a minimum of $500.
Hitting/Driving golf balls on the property and off the dock is strictly prohibited.
The finished basement is climate controlled by the queen room wall unit. Please keep the queen bed area French doors open. Please keep lower-level interior door (between garage and finished basement) and upper-level interior door (leading from the upper level to the lower level) closed at all times.
Please keep all doors leading to the exterior closed at all times.
Guests are not permitted to use or stand on any watercrafts located on dock lifts. Any damage to the locks or owner's boat or jet skis will be charged accordingly.
The outdoor firepit is permitted with guest purchase of firewood. The indoor fireplace is not available for use.
This is a 100% smoke-free property. This includes cigarettes, vaping, and other substances. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, and porches. Smoking is permitted only in the designated outdoor smoking area located at Fire Pit. All cigarette butts and related trash must be placed in the designated outdoor trash receptacles, not in indoor trash bins, to prevent odor and fire hazards Any evidence of smoking will result in a minimum $500 deep-cleaning fee and/or the forfeiture of your security deposit. Violation of this policy may also result in the immediate termination of your stay without a refund
The use of any items not included in rental agreements and contracts or the loss/damage of any rental equipment will result in a damage fee and/or plus the loss of security deposit.
Some Life Vests in various sizes are provided however, if you need a specific size, please feel free to bring your own. Life Vests are required at all times for any age. Swimming and the use of all amenities is at your own risk.
