Nauti yksityinen Ocean vista terassilta meidän 3 makuuhuoneen 4 kylpy rannalla huvila, oikea "edessä" veden kanssa 180 asteen näkymä ylös ja alas rannikkoa.

Rauhallinen Caye Villa on yksi viidestä huviloita sijaitsee Caye Villas, kauniisti maisemoitu rantahotelli. Villa on tyylikkäästi sisustettu meidän käsin poimittuja kokoelma Belizean, Guatemalan ja Afrikkalainen esineitä ja taidetta. Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on kolme makuuhuonetta ja kolme oma kylpyhuone. North makuuhuoneessa on hauska ulkosuihku, jota voidaan käyttää huuhteluun suolaveden pois tai suihkussa ulkopuolella keskuudessa kasveja. Kun ei huvita ruoanlaitto voit ottaa viisi vaille kymmenen minuutin rannalla kävelymatkan päässä kaksi saaren hienoimmista ravintoloista - Mata Chica ja Rojo / Azul Beach Bar. Lisää mukavuutta Mata Grande Päivittäistavarakauppa suoraan taakse omaisuutta, markkinat tarjoavat laajan valikoiman säännösten ja ulkona kahvila, jossa tarjoillaan lounas ja aamiainen. Kylmä juoma tai maukas lounas ovat 100 metrin päässä.

Best of belize

These are great places to stay for access to pool and beach time. Being a bit out of town is a nice escape frome the business of downtown. We added a golf cart rental to our stay so that we could go explore.

Stellar Stay Beachside

The property is pristine and very well managed by onsite caretakers including a housekeeper, groundskeeper, and security dog, named Rocky, who was our stand-in family pet while we were on vacation. The beds are comfortable. The pool is clean and refreshing. Ten out of ten. We will stay here again!

An amazing spot. Having the ocean and the pool within 50 yards of the condo was incredible. The view from the upper deck was everything one could dream of for an island abode. Perfect low-key getaway

Kristie and Janice were so helpful and accommodating. Not only did they help us schedule a puddle jumper to San Pedro, they also coordinated our pick up from the airport, our golf cart rental, a on property massage, and a snorkel trip! The property was clean with onsite staff. Also Rocky the guard dog was such a lovely presence during our stay. He’s a good boy! All in all, we enjoyed our stay immensely.

Great Base for Scuba/Snorkeling

Spacious villa overlooking a lovely walkable beach. The villa is filled with beautiful artwork from regional artists. We enjoyed sitting on the large porch with the ocean views and breeze. The good sized common pool shared by the 5 villas was clean and never busy. We appreciated having an onsite manager and security guard (and dog) at night. There are a couple of nice restaurants within walking distance, but it's about a 20 to 30 minute ride to San Pedro Town so renting a golf is a must. All in all it was a great location for scuba diving and snorkeling on Ambergris Caye.

The property was beautiful! The service from complimentary pickup and drop off was appreciated. We loved the the guy would brought the morning tamales and burritos (you have to pay for these). Lastly, Damien was fantastic! What great attention and service. If you need any tour of the island work with Damien to setup something up with Clinton, who was also very good!!

Despite the horrible seaweed on the beach, I am at a loss for words at how well the trip exceeded my expectaions. The Villa was top notch, clean and very accomodating. Little slice of paradise

Our stay was amazing. First off, I have never been to Belize before, and the property manager was so helpful. As soon as we confirmed our stay at Caye Villas, the property manager arranged our “puddle jumper” flight from Belize City to San Pedro Island, the taxi from the airport to the condo (and back on our last day), our golf cart rental, etc. and answered all or questions. Then, when we arrived, the on-site caretaker, Damian, helped us with everything! He was so courteous, kind and helpful. We loved our stay. As a bonus, the property has a German Shepard dog named Rocky who we adopted for the week. He’s a total sweetheart. 10/10 loved our stay and the property and the overall experience. Can’t wait to come back!

Perfect family vacation

I would give 6 stars if I could. We vacationed at Caye Villas and rented 2 houses for extended family. Belize is wonderful and the management of this property goes above/beyond to help you enjoy your vacation. Janice answered our emails/questions promptly and made great recommendations. Damian was onsite care taker who keeps the grounds/beach/pool and was very helpful arranging outings. Scuba shop next door does great snorkel trips and good restaurants in walking distance. We loved the quiet of the north end of the island and only went to town once. Near by grocery stores have basics. Kids age 10-13 were happy to wander the grounds/beach and we felt very safe. Perfect trip for extended family. Hope to return someday.

Amazing Property and Service

WOW. This was our first time visiting Belize and we will certainly be back. I couldn't imagine staying at another property the next time we visit - The place was phenomenal and the service every minute of the trip was more than we could ever imagine. Janice and her team assisted us with everything from Golf Cart rentals to transportation from the airport and more. The location for us was perfect - far enough out of town to actually relax in peace, yet close enough to everything that we could easily take advantage of what Ambergris Key had to offer. A huge bonus is the ability to just stoll down the beach for hours to visit the nearby beach front restaurants and resorts. I'm not sure that I've ever seen a vacation rental group offer more than what we received on our trip.

Winter get away

My husband and our 3 sons stayed at this beautiful property for a week. Janice was so helpful in organizing transportation and answering any questions. Damien was amazing. Loved having him around. He was super helpful and so friendly. It was also so nice having Vladmir on the premises each night. Our villa had more than enough space for us. It was great there there was enough beds as well as enough bathrooms and showers. I loved spending time on the porch every morning listening to the palm trees and the ocean. It was just so peaceful and relaxing. It was really nice to have a full sized pool and plenty of seating around it as well. We spent one day fishing and snorkeling, which was so cool. The rest of the time we explored the bars and loved Secret Beach. I definitely recommend not only Belize but the Caye Villas. Everyone was so kind, friendly and helpful!

Perfect place for my family vacation

I cannot express enough of how happy I was with this rental. From everything to the property management to the cleanness of the house to the beautiful landscape. Me being a single mom planning a vacation with my kids I had a lot of concerns and fears. With this wonderful crew I had no reason for concern. Kris helped me with all my questions. She arranged transportation from the ferry to the house and rented our golf cart for us. She was eager to help in all ways possible. Having Damian, the onsite caretaker, was a blessing. He helped us with anything we needed, it was nice having him there for support and help. I felt so safe at night with the security guard onsite. And let's not forget about Rocky the security dog. Rocky adopted us as his family, even slept on our porch. When my son was fishing on the pier Rocky kept watch over him on the beach and barked as people walked by. This house was just as described in the listing. It was peaceful and beautiful. The only thing I did not like was the beach in front of the house had seaweed blooming and was not really a good spot to swim. It really didn't bother us that much because we spent time at Secret Beach, about 20 min cart ride, and took tours. Speaking of tours, I highly recommend Clinton with Ali Mermaid Adventures. We took two different tours with him, and they were fabulous. You can tell he paid attention to detail in our trip planning. He even came to the house to go over the details of the tours with us.

Wonderful Week

Initially we were visiting Belize to celebrate my husband's birthday, but then decided to include our adult children as well. The house was perfect for our party of 6. Plenty of room to gather together and plenty of space to retreat for rest or quiet time. The grounds are a tropical oasis! Damien, the caretaker, is kind, attentive and always wears a smile. He takes great care of the villas, the grounds AND the guests! Sandra, the housekeeper. is always smiling and does a great job of taking care of the house - including all of the sand that came in on our feet! Janice, the property manager could not have been more patient in answering our numerous questions prior to arriving and during our stay. She made sure that everything was perfect for our stay in Belize. Our diving/snorkeling outings with Sam and Joe (Scuba Daze Belize -right next door) were the best we have had (husband has dove in Australia, Truk, Mexico, Keys, Pacific NW, etc.) Our adventure inland with Clinton (Clinton Tours) was so impressive - his knowledge of the area made for a lifelong memory. The food and beauty was enjoyed by all! Yesterday, Same, Joe and Damien were all asking when we would be back - as I slept for the last night in Belize, my mind was already planning our return trip! We would definitely stay here again. Beautiful, quiet, but yet close enough on our golf carts! Thank you to all for making our trip so incredible!

Calm Caye Villas was a wonderful place to stay

We enjoyed our stay at Calm Caye. The place was clean when we arrived, we met the security guard Vladimir, that was on duty every night and we can’t say enough about the caretaker. He was excellent. Anytime we needed anything he was very quick to solve our questions and needs. Every morning there was a chance to but homemade breakfast tacos that were very yummy. Even Rocky, the villas doggie was so sweet. Janice our host was great! She helped us out with a situation we had to deal with. The only thing was the seaweed. It was at an all time high. So we just got used to it. All in all we had a great vacation at Calm Cata Villas.

Wonderful accommodations and staff!

Definitely stay here in Ambergris Caye! The staff makes everything a breeze! From travel arrangements to golf cart delivery to yoga mats! Loved all the personal touches. Damian was always available for any questions or requests. The views and ocean breeze from the balcony were lovely. With a golf cart, easy to Sunset Beach and town. Small grocery store nearby.

Fabulous Stay!

The property was beautifully maintained. The VRBO description provided matched the property. Kriss, Janice, and Damion made sure we were all well-taken care off. We spent 10 days at Caye Villa Calm and would absolutely go back!

Great place to stay. Very friendly and attentive staff.

We were all pleased with our stay. There were 6 adults and we were very comfortable. The kitchen can be tight with more than two cooks in the kitchen. But there are restaurants nearby if you don't want to cook. We can't say enough about the helpfulness and friendliness from Damian. The grounds were always clean, and raked daily. Definitely a place to visit again.

Snorkeling Paradise

We just spent a week at Calm Caye Villa and it was wonderful. The Villa is exactly as pictured. All the beds and seating was nice and comfortable. The AC worked well and the kitchen is well supplied. As has been mentioned, the upper deck/balcony is a lovely spot with a beautiful view and a constant ocean breeze. Damien, the on-site caretaker is a very nice guy who is very happy to help with anything you need. There were a few maintenance things that came up, but he responded quickly to all. If you are considering this quite, peaceful location outside of town, and are not looking for a 5 star resort, you will be very happy here. Our main purpose for coming was to explore the waters and, just as I had hoped, you have world class snorkeling just in front of the villa (more or less). The good spot is about a 25 minute paddle to the north. We took out our kayaks twice a day for 2-3 hours snorkeling runs. The coral and fish are first rate. We saw sharks, rays (2 kinds), lobster, crab, lion fish, tarpon, octopus and of course coral and reef fish of all kinds. The reef seems very healthy and was in active growth. The best part is that we avoided a lot of fees by just going out by ourselves without needing to hire a boat. If you are adventurous, in decent shape and love snorkeling I could not imagine a nicer place. The Villa is 20min north of town by cart. There are tons of restaurants and bars between the villa and town, but honestly, there’re all about the same. We didn’t go to any of the nicer restaurants and just stuck to local food. There is a place about 10min away called the Tipsy Lobster that we liked - very down home and local. Just be prepared for food prices that are the same or more then the States. You can also walk north on the beach to John Escape, which is not great and Rojo, which is a nice bar with good, but pricey, food. The Truck Stop is a perfect place for lunch and is about 15min away. The beach is not really for swimming, although you could if you wanted. A LOT of sea grass piles up every day and is sometimes removed. The pool, though, is quite nice and refreshing and almost always empty. If you enjoy quiet, laid back and low key you should enjoy this place. Any questions, let me know.
