Two bedrooms, two bathrooms (King bed in main, two twins [or together as a King] in second bedroom, and a sofa sleeper in living room)

Shaded screened-in lanai overlooking Deauville Lake

Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, all the usual pots, pans, dishes, etc.)

Large dining table with six chairs

Cable TV with Firestick and HDMI hookup for streaming apps

Wi-Fi/high-speed internet

In-unit laundry room with washer and dryer

Second-floor unit, accessible by elevator or stairs

Board games, golf clubs, tennis rackets, and beach supplies (two beach chairs, beach umbrella, and cooler)

Deauville Lake Club amenities include two pools, hot tub, tennis courts, shuffleboard, barbecue grills, and two community rooms with daily activities (BINGO, card games, etc.) Although the community is centrally located, it has a feel of being in a secluded area with lots of pine trees and other foliage.

Parking: One reserved covered parking space with other guest spots available.

NOTE: Our HOA requires a background check and application for all rentals prior to approval.
