Tucked into a cozy nook, an open sleeping space with a single bed provides a tranquil retreat for restful nights and peaceful slumber.

Have a restful night`s sleep in this bedroom, featuring a queen-sized bed adorned with soft linens and pillows. The space is complemented by a bedside table with lamps, creating a cozy and tranquil atmosphere for relaxation.

The full bathroom features a bathtub/shower combination with hot and cold water, a sink, a toilet, a mirror, and a spacious vanity area.
Bathroom essentials such as fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper are provided during the stay. If you need more, let us know so we can coordinate and arrange it.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to create your favorite homemade meals. Featuring modern appliances, pots, pans, and cooking tools, as well as essential pantry staples, it’s perfect for both quick snacks and elaborate dinners. Every unit is sanitized and professionally deep-cleaned after each stay to ensure the health and safety of all of our guests.
Our business number is 242726. Please keep in mind that all listings in Calgary are required by law to have their business license number in their description. If a listing does not have it, there is a risk that it is not compliant and may be shut down by the city.
You will have access to the entire condo except for the supply closet.
We offer the convenience of self-check-in. While you may have the unit to yourselves, you won’t be alone should you need assistance. Guest Services are available 24/7. Give us a call or text if you need anything. :)
This is one of the most trendy, urban neighborhoods known for its innovative bars, local restaurants, and proximity to the Stampede grounds. The building is modern and the area itself is young. It`s a great neighborhood for young professionals and travelers alike.

There are many forms of public transit minutes from the condo. The C-Train is close by and grants access to core areas of the city from the downtown core to the suburbs. There are many buses and taxis all around, as well as Uber. :)
-To access the building, guests are required pick up a key fob approximately 7 minutes` drive from the unit.
-The building requires all tenants to complete and sign a tenant form. We will send you this form after your booking.
-The underground parking has a maximum height capacity of 6’5”.
-The unit has a monitoring device called Noiseware. It DOES NOT record conversations. It only measures decibel levels to help us prevent loud music and noise complaints.
-There is paid street parking in front of the building from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday.
-Late departure luggage drop-off is not allowed.
