Amazing River Retreat näkymät Sacramento-joelle.
Nauti laiskaista päivistä nauttien näkymistä, kalastuksesta, lintujen tarkkailusta porealtaista ja uimaan uima-altaassa. Suuri pohjaratkaisu perhejuhliin ja viikonlopun retriitteihin. Whiskeytown-järvi ja Shasta-järvi ovat vain muutaman minuutin päässä talosta. Master-sviitti w / uusi marmorikylpy. Kolme muuta makuuhuonetta, 2 queen-size-vuodetta ja neljäs, 2 queen-vuodetta. Peaceful Weekend Away

Our family enjoyed the home away from homeFor a family members wedding. The pool was wonderful for our family and the house provided plenty of seating chairs and pool toys. The view of the river was wonderful and the house was cozy and stocked well.

Peaceful and relaxing

We had a wedding in town. Took some great pictures on the back patios. Did a little fishing, caught my first rainbow trout. And spent a lot of family time in the pool. We will definitely be back.

Delightful getaway with our kids and grand kids

This was the ideal setting and location for a get together with our grand kids from Santa Cruz and grand kids from Redding. We loved this well cared for home. Very welcoming! It was spacious, very clean and just perfect for us. The views of the Sacramento river were mesmerizing. The kids and adults loved the swimming pool. We would love to stay here again. Thank you Molly!

Great Stay!!!!

The property was easy the find, clean and roomy and very well stocked. The river access for fishing was amazing…. We caught several fish (through them back) and the pool was a hit with everyone!!!

River house

Beautiful setting in a quiet neighborhood. Sitting by the river in the morning with coffee was so relaxing. We have recommended this place to friends and family.

Great location and relaxing atmosphere

This is a perfect rental for a family. The house has everything you need to be comfortable. The pool is perfect for the warm weather and the spot on the river is beautiful. The owner is very attentive when we had a question she got back to us immediately. I highly recommend this spot.

Wonderful House

Molly is a fantastic host and is very responsive. We have stayed at Molly's house two times, and will be doing so in the future when we come back up on our fishing trips.

Stayed cool in the summer heat

Great location with a shady yard and river on one side and pool on the other side. The pool was warm and shady in the afternoon, perfect for swimming.

Sacramento river stay

This property is great and well equipped, just as advertised! The pool is a really valuable addition to the house, and kept the kids thoroughly entertained and active on hot afternoons! The backyard with an amazing river view was very popular with the entire family as well!

Wonderful, relaxing stay at this beautiful home

This home was exactly what we were looking for our large family. It's riverside setting kept us cool, even when it was over 100 degrees outside. The lay-out was perfect, with it's large, open living area and patio facing the Sacramento River. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well-apportioned, and the pool was clean and refreshing. We would definitely return!

Absolutely perfect!

We were with family in town for our daughters wedding. This was the most amazing house for us to stay. We were comfortable and able to visit by the river while dining outside! The hot tub was an real luxury after working hard to set up the wedding venue. Thanks for the memories!

Comfortable, Spacious Home on the River

The home was clean and is spacious and well-designed. There are several separate "hang out" areas both inside and outside. In the back on the river, there is the barbecue patio directly off the dining room with a table. Below near the river, there is another dining patio (where we ate most our meals) and an adjacent fire pit across the path. Not to mention the hot tub deck and area directly on the river. If someone wanted to be alone, there were several choices and many places to gather for meals, etc.

Absolutely a wonderful vacation. This is great home to relax and enjoy the view or go have fun.

Really enjoyed are vacation. This is a very homey home, and everything you need is at your fingertips. Full kitchen supplies , bbq, washer and dryer. The view to just wonderful . The Sacramento river is beautiful to sit and watch from the patio. My grandchildren just loved the pool, and jacuzzi, as did I. We went to Shasta lake for the day , it was fantastic. This is a keeper and we will be back. It was my husband and myself anniversary and we had a great time.

Lovely location on the river and close to many things!

Our host was wonderful, very communicative. House was clean and well stocked. We played lots of games while sitting in the dining room facing the yard. It was so cool to be on the river, especially with the hot tub out back! Kids loved the pool in the front, and fished almost every day. Don't be fooled by the neighborhood, it's a diamond in the rough. We felt very safe, especially with the gated property. We went to Burney Falls (1 hour drive), and the Sundial bridge in Redding. We would love to come again and do Lassen.

Great time/beautiful location

Comfortable home with beautiful views of the river. Family loved the pool and hot tub. The home is comfortable roomy and the perfect retreat house. Heat wasn’t an issue—we just jumped in the pool or stayed in the fully functioning air conditioning. The neighborhood was further away from all the sites we planned to visit (our fault), and there were no good restaurants in the area. So plan to cook. Great stove top and patio BBQ and double (2!) refrigerators. Enjoy this property!

Relaxing getaway

Beautiful house on the river! Pool was amazing! We brought our own pool floats/toys, but they had some floats in a bin as well. We had three adults and 4 kids, ages 6-11. You CAN fish off the backyard, but it’s really tough to do so - the river moves pretty fast and there’s no dock or anything (just a rail across the back, which is great for safety, but not so much for fishing, but with kids, our priority was definitely safety!). Hot tub was great too, though we actually turned the temperature down because it was 100+ degrees outside our entire stay. Kitchen is fully stocked, though we tried 3 different blenders before we found one that would turn on. Also, no outside lights around the pool - would have been nice to do some night swimming. House had extra blankets and was great because that’s usually one of my complaints when we vacation - not enough blankets - but this house had plenty! We had one incident in which the alarm went off on the sewage system, but I called the owner and she sent someone out right away - great responsiveness! Overall, didn’t impact our stay at all. Would love to come back!

This place is HEAVEN!

This was my SECOND time staying here. It had been a couple of years and coming back to this house was so exciting for my entire family! They are always making improvements on this property which shows how much love this house has from its owners. We got in late night and Molly had notice the pool needed some a little more tlc, even before I saw the pool in the day, she already contacted me and told me a pool man would be by. She is on Top of It and checked in later to make sure everything was great and it was! We rafted down the river that’s in the back of the house with a company that was by the Sundial Bridge, we went to Whiskeytown Lake, which has been our all-time favorite go to place and the house alone is just Ah-Mazing with the pool and jacuzzi and air-conditioning inside the house! What else could you ask for?!? We were all sad to leave, but will definitely be coming up for a third time in the future. If you’re looking for relaxation, quiet and tranquility and peace, well this place is it!! Thank you beautiful River House and to Molly and her family!!

Disappointed

My Family stayed at this Anderson river home six years ago and it was a positive experience. Earlier this month we were there for five days and the property is not what we were expecting. My grandkids had to wait for the pool guy to come out and do what he could. Unfortunately because the pool has a leak (determined by a leak detection company) told to us by the pool guy, he’s not able to put chemicals in the pool due to contaminating the surrounding water table. Finally two days after we arrived the pool’s sides and steps were scrubbed (by my family and the pool guy) and it looked so much better. We never got in the spa because it wasn’t clean and had a bad smell. The home was fine other than the first bedroom’s doorknob fell off and husband fixed it and the back bedroom door’s lower hinge was stripped and husband and son found a screwdriver and remounted it. Sorry this Vrbo was a disappointment. I should have checked to see if there were any recent positive reviews or any reviews in the last year. Homes along the Sacramento river are so special and in the future we look forward to returning to the area and trying another rental.
