Jos pidät auringosta ja rannasta, tämä on paikka sinulle !!! Se on täydellinen poissa kotoa kaiken tarvitsemasi kanssa! Siinä on king-size-vuoteet molemmissa makuuhuoneissa, HDTV: t kaikkialla ja täysin varustettu keittiö, jossa kaikki tarvitsemasi, mukaan lukien leivänpaahdin / tehosekoitin / jne., Paperituotteet, mausteet ja paljon muuta.

Sisällä on rauhallinen ja täydellinen, mutta ulkopuolella on uskomattomia. Kaikki otimme kuvat, mutta kuulemme vierailta usein, että he eivät tee paikkansa oikeudenmukaisuutta. Ylhäältä otetut (esim. Näkymät uima-altaalle) otettiin todella Lanaideltamme ja rannalla olleet henkilöt otettiin oikealta huoneiston edestä!

Just like home

Barb and Larry thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and like home! There are so many extras from the kitchen to bedding extras to pool and beach supplies! Everything is clean and well maintained. Their communication during our stay was wonderful. The bed was so comfortable that I wanted to bring it home with me! Ha! You can tell they are proud tobe sharing their space. And view was gorgeous! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Bliss on the Beach

This condo was furnished with so much—beach towels and chairs, lots of scuba supplies, etc. Its in a great location for getting around the island and it has a gorgeous view from the lanai. Saw turtles and whales right from the property. Only downside was that the AC is in the sitting area so it was hard to get to the guest bedroom. The shoreline has had weather damage so could not directly access beach but we knew that ahead of time. Still can get there though.

The condo and location were perfect. There really was everything you needed from shampoos, toiletries, paper goods, cooking spices, coffee, etc. They thought of everything! It was also a good location to travel to different spots on the island if you want to explore!! Thankyou for a lovely stay!!

Excellent accommodations, centrally located. Everything is supplied in condo, including towels, beach chairs, snorkles, detergent for washing machines, etc. Communication with owners was very good. Best thing about the condo…watching whales from our deck. Highly recommend this place.

Everything you could want!

This is an amazing property. Perfect location. Right on the beach listen to the waves at night. The beach is over two miles long for walking. Snorkeling right off condo with turtles. Beautiful views.

Summer Paradise

Excellent vacation spot! We had a great time at this peaceful location. Owners provided many supplies and amenities like boogie boards, floaties, sand toys and beach chairs. Great place to stay.

Everything you would want in a Condo. Great location, compy beds plenty of admenties. Smell and hear the ocean at all times. Condo, grounds and pool were well maintained. Will tell my friends about this Condo and will deffitently be back. Took the sunset cruise out of the Harbor on Pride of Maui fun time had by all. Local resraurants and store are worth a visit. JW

Amazing Time!

The Condo was amazing! The views were fantastic! We saw both whales and sea turtles. We did not go snorkeling however, other families told us that the snorkeling off the beach was great and had many different fish. My husband and I really enjoyed the BBQ area and all the other guests/residents were very friendly. You can definitely tell that Barb and Larry take a lot of pride into making your stay a wonderful experience. We walked to a mini golf course, shaved ice and a coffee stand. The condo is only 20 minutes from a variety of stores. It was a short drive to Paia and Kihei. I would most definitely book this place again! Mahalo Barb and Larry!

Marvelous Maui!

Our extended family of 4 adults and 2 children enjoyed an amazing vacation at this condo. Stunning oceanfront location, easy walk to the Maalaea Harbor, the Maui Ocean Center and to a long, quiet beach at Haycraft Park. Also within short driving distance to the airport, groceries and the rest of the island. The pool, BBQ area and premises were meticulous and the condo itself was clean and extremely well stocked with kitchen and bath supplies, beach towels and gear, and almost anything else you might need but forgot to pack! Definitely a highlight to see so many whales and some turtles right from the property and lanai (we appreciated the binoculars). Very easy check in and check out process and excellent communication with the hosts. Thank you Barb and Larry!!

Wonderful stay!

This property worked out wonderfully for our family of 6. Check-in and -out was very simple and the location was great with all of the beautiful beaches nearby and centrally located to many activities. The apartment has everything anyone could need from a well-stocked kitchen to beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, and toys. There is a beautiful view from the balcony and the breeze through the apartment was great. My family preferred to use the window a/c unit to sleep. It seems meant to only cool the living area but it kept the bedrooms reasonably cool at night with the additional fans. I would definitely stay again!

Super Close to the Beach

This condo was really nice. There were 2 king beds, which I really appreciated because we had 2 couples. There were 3 TVs and a DVD player for each. It was very spacious and I never felt crowded. It was so nice to have laundry and everything you need is provided (detergent, body wash, etc). The condo owners were really great in communicating with me before I booked. The beach is just past the pool, couldn't be more convenient. One side is a bit rocky and the waves can be strong, so kids need to be supervised. The pool was heated and never over crowded. There are a few restaurants and shops in the area. There are many more options just 15-20 minutes away.

This was a perfect place for our stay in Maui. The location was excellent and the place was clean and staying there was super relaxing. If there were two things I would suggest to improve the overall experience, they would be 1) Add portable AC units to the rooms. The main AC unit in the living room didn't really cool the bedrooms at night and the air outside was too humid to do the trick. And 2) Consider better mattresses at least in the master bedroom. The mattress was much softer than other rental places we stayed during our trip. Minor issues overall and the location, cleanliness and amenities more than impressed the family. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Maui. Thanks for the hospitality Larry and Barb!

Great location!

This condo has a good location, is quiet, and has beautiful landscaping. The pool is nice, we used the grill 2 nights, and beach is very close too. There were beach chairs, beach towels, toys, and some snorkeling equipment-which was great. The condo itself wasn't the cleanest, we found wet dishes in the cupboard upon arrival, and questioned if the sheets had been washed in the master bedroom. Also the sofa bed is not comfortable, can feel every spring. There is only 1 window air conditioner in the living room, so when the temperature is 90 it is warm in the bedrooms, ceiling and box fans did make it bearable. The beds in the 2 bedrooms were comfortable. All in all the condo was well stocked, kitchen had everything we could have needed and then some. We did run out of laundry soap, but Larry responded to my email quickly to attempt to have some delivered. The price was very reasonable for Maui. We very much enjoyed our vacation.

Lifetime memories

It is hard to put into words what a wonderful time we had in Barb and Larry's little slice of paradise. The condo is central and easy to access everything we wanted. The Road to Hana, sunrise at Haleakala, beaches in South Maui, Luau in Lahaina, and more beach days in West Maui were all easy drives. The best feature of this condo was that the beach is steps from the property. We went on many family walks on the beach, saw turtles swimming in the water by the condo, and just had fun playing in the warm ocean. Dining on the lanai while watching the waves crash upon the shore never got old. The air conditioner kept us comfortable. Barb and Larry were fabulous hosts. They provided detailed information before arrival, and also responded to emails with tips for things to do. We had a minor issue with a toilet, and they responded right after we texted, getting a plumber to the condo within an hour of communication. They followed up afterwards to make sure everything was ok. Barb and Larry also allowed us a late check out since they didn't have anyone coming that day-it was so helpful with our red eye flight. Not really negatives, but rather things to know: the pool is wonderful, but there are signs up throughout the condo and on the pool that there are no toys, floaties, fins allowed. And, there is only one area that provides shade. This may be important to consider for families with babies/small kids. We highly recommend this condo and can't wait to return!

Centrally located, clean, well-furnished and comfortable home away from home

This condo was perfect for our family of four, but could have easily fit 5 or 6. It is centrally located near Maalea Harbor (North Kihei area) and gave us easy access to Lahaina and Ka'anapali to the north, Kihei and Makena to the south, and shopping near the airport in Kahului. For a busy family vacationing in Maui on a budget, it's hard to justify the expense of the all-inclusive resort properties in Ka'anapali or Wailea when there are more economical options elsewhere (like this) and there is so much to do all around the island. We weren't looking for daily maid service, valet parking, or fancy water slides at the pool, nor did we expect to find gift shops, bars and restaurants right off the main lobby. We wanted a home base for our island adventures. That being said, we found the property to be immaculately cleaned, well-decorated and comfortable, well-equipped, and conveniently located with plenty of free parking. Within walking distance were Maalea Harbor and a small shopping plaza. There we enjoyed the excellent Beach Bums cafe, where we found excellent breakfasts, BBQ and happy hour. In the same plaza were gift shops, a dive shop, a general store, and the most amazing homemade cookie and ice cream sandwiches at Hula Cookies. The condo was equipped with WiFi and big-screen televisions for those of us unable to completely disconnect from the digital world. The kitchen had supplies and condiments that allowed us to quickly jump into cooking our own meals and snacks after a quick run to a nearby grocery store. We immediately felt at home, had plenty of room for everyone in the family, and were happy just relaxing in the living room and on the lanai. Strong breezes kept the condo cool, but the place had A/C for those times we needed a little extra cold air. There were beach chairs, towels, and snorkeling gear available so we could get started right away on our underwater adventures. The beach is a little narrow, but calm and easily accessible. Finally, a pool and barbeque area on property allowed us to kick back at home on those days we weren't on the go. If I could own my own place in Maui it would be just like this. We're already thinking about our next trip!

What a lovely unit, we were really happy staying here. The beds are very comfortable, kitchen is well equipped. It's a short walk to end of the street and a beautiful beach park. The unit is nicely equipped with beach toys. Mahalo to Barb and Larry for sharing their Hawaii Hale!

We've been happily married since 1984 (over 30 years) and have two wonderful daughters and a super grandson and granddaughter. We both recently retired and wanted a place in the sun. Larry was an engineering manager and Barb was a rental property manager. Together we love vacations, love the sun/beach, and understand how to manage properties. This seemed like a perfect fit to buy a place on Maui and rent it out to old & new friends.

We visited Maui when our kids were younger and loved the area. After visiting a newly transplanted friend there in the fall of 2012 we decided to see if we could find a place of our own. Luck was on our side and we were able to find this beautiful condo in 2013. We spent five very long weeks remodeling the unit to update it and then because the unit was empty when we purchased it we got to completely furnish it from the beds & couches down to the plates and silverware. Everything was bought new.

We actually bought this condo sight-unseen because we knew the area. Location, location, location, right? The condo sits right on the most beautiful and longest beach on Maui. What makes our condo unique is that it's literally at the beginning of a 4.5 mile sandy beach and most of the beach is on a nature preserve so there are only two other condos on the beach. This provides unbelievable seclusion yet is close to everything on Maui!

There are three main areas on Maui and we're in the middle of all three. To the NW is Lahaina/Kaanapali, to the SE is Kihei/Wailea, and to the N is Kahului. Lahaina/Kaanapali is terrible to stay at because it's too hard to drive to/from so your stuck there. Almost all of the condos in Kihei/Wailea is across a very busy road from the beach so it's no good to stay there. Kahului is the industrial part of Maui so that's not a good place to stay. Maalaea is the best of all worlds. Peaceful with only 10 condo complexes in the area. Right on a sandy beach so no busy highway to cross. Easy to access and easy to venture to everywhere else on the island. It really is the best of all.
