Just 8 km from the airport and close to Itapuã beach! It has 2 bedrooms with window air conditioning, a full kitchen, a living room with a SMART TV and WI-FI, and a balcony with a hammock. Gated community with a swimming pool, gym, playground, and 24-hour doorman. It has a garage for 2 cars (in a row).

Located in the Mar de Itapuã Condominium, close to the famous Itapuã beach, about 4km from the Exhibition Park and Salvador airport. There are supermarkets and all kinds of shops in the area.

You will find on site: soaps, face towels, bathroom floor tiles, toilet paper, sponge. (Replacement of these is the guest's responsibility)
The guest will receive the property clean for check-in. Regardless of the number of days, we do not offer free cleaning, as our daily rates are discounted according to the number of days booked. (If you require extra cleaning, it will be charged separately. Contact us)

- All guests must send their identification document at least 2 business days before check-in. The administrative departments are normally open on weekdays, from Monday to Friday until 5 pm. - Changing the number of guests is subject to an additional charge
- We provide guests with an allowance of 18 kWh of energy per day. If you use electrical appliances responsibly, this consumption will not be reached, but if you exceed it, we will charge you for the excess after check-out. Rate of R$1.20 per kWh
