Discovery Point Club # 10

Tervetuloa mukavaan kotiimme Karibialla! Discovery Point Club on saanut 2018-todistuksen. Et tule pettymään tähän fantastinen ominaisuus! DPC on johdonmukaisesti sijoittunut 37 erikoisomistuksessa olevan sivun ylälaidassa 7MB: n päällä.

Voit nauttia rentouttavasta lomasta aivan kauniin hiekka Cayman kuuluisa Seven Mile Beach. Meidän seulotaan patio on auki kaksi puolta tarjoaa esteettömät näkymät rannikkoa George Town. Olemme yksi tarina pois rannalta - sinulla on nopea ja helppo pääsy rannalle sekä yksityisyyttä ja upea näköala merelle ja uima-allas.

Meidän täysin remontoitu huoneisto on kaikki mitä tarvitset mukavaan ja hauskoja loma.

Kaksi makuuhuonetta, joissa molemmissa oma kylpyhuone, tarjoavat yksityisyyttä ja mukavuutta.

Makuuhuoneessa on king size-vuode, taulutelevisio, Kaliforniassa ikkunaluukut (blackout rullaverhot) ja pieni parveke. Ensuite on myös hiljattain remontoitu uudet laatta ja suihkukaappi.

Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on 2 erillistä vuodetta, jotka voidaan liittää osaksi iso ja mukava king. Se on myös taulutelevisio ja hiljattain remontoitu kylpyhuone, jossa on kylpyamme.

Huoneisto on myös täysikokoinen pesukone / kuivuri - täydellinen perheille.

Keittiössä on ruostumatonta terästä laitteet, graniittiset, laatta backsplash ja kaapit. Keittiössä on täysin varustettu - tehosekoitin mukana juomia rannalla! Jääkaappi on vedensuodatin ja jääpalakone.

Olo / ruokailuhuone on valoisa monta ikkunaa kuten upeat näkymät rannalle ja Karibian valtameren. Kaikki huonekalut on uusi ja laadukas. Vuodesohva on top of the line. On 50 tuuman taulutelevisio ja Bose ääni telakka. DVD-soitin ja valikoima DVD-levyjä ovat sviitti. Wifi on mukana.

Turvatarkastus parveke on kaunis näkymä uima-allas, ranta ja upea auringonlasku.

Siivouspalvelu on päivittäin paitsi sunnuntaisin ja pyhäpäivinä.

Discovery Pointillä on BEST ONSITE MANAGEMENT -tiimi Seven Mile Beachilla. Perusteet ja omaisuus ovat tahraton. Nauti uima-allas, poreallas, runsaasti tuolit, sateenvarjot ja olkikattoinen Cabanas. Rantapyyhkeet ovat saatavilla. Paikan päällä on 2 tenniskenttää, koripalloverkko, grilli ja scuba-pesu.

Tarjolla on runsaasti pysäköintitilaa, ja ruokakaupat ja ravintolat ovat lyhyen ajomatkan päässä.

Family vacation

Beautiful property, well kept and clean. Loved the screen in porch. Can snorkel right off the beach there as well as some other beaches on the island. Clean towels available everyday. There is a Foster’s supermarket close by up the road. We had a great week there. There is a cooler you can use for outings as well.

Family vacation

The condo was very nice and comfortable and well stocked with everything you needed. Condo complex was well maintained and the location was perfect. Check-in was very easy and the property manager was quite pleasant. Would love to go back someday!

Incredible Cayman vacation!

Our Cayman vacation was awesome. The condo was perfect and we loved Discovery Point. It was wonderful to have a beautiful private beach in the well maintained Discovery Point property. Very clean, comfortable condo in a quite but accessible location on 7 mile beach. Owner was very responsive to questions and check in was a breeze. The beach here is wide and snorkeling is good just in front and to the north at Cemetery Beach. Kitchen was well appointed and even the knives were sharp! Fully recommend for smaller families.

The condo was super clean and spacious. Worked perfectly for our family of 5. Everyone on the property was super nice, guests and workers alike. Pool was good. Beach is a bit rocky but the snorkeling is fab! Short drive to the grocery store and only 10-15 minutes from Seven Mike Beach restaurants. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect spot for our GC vacation

This is one of our best VRBO stays EVER. Listing was accurate and more! So clean. So convenient. Quiet location away from the hustle of Georgetown. Nearby groceries. Easy to find chairs at beach. Beds comfy. Kitchen very well equipped. Everyone on staff was so friendly. We can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely Awesome!

The place looks just like the pictures! The area is fantastic. You are right on Seven Mile Beach. The condo was clean, spacious, and well stocked with just about anything you need. The entire staff was great - especially Sue Ann. We normally stay at the hotels on SMB, but this was even better as you have a fully stocked kitchen so you can cook some days instead of going out. We met couples who come every year for years to Discovery Point! It is a must!

Heaven on Earth

Just back from spending 10 days at DPC and can't say enough positive things! The unit is clean, comfortable and located in a perfect spot in the complex. The condo, beach, pool and management team were wonderful and incredibly helpful when my grand daughter got an ear infection. I would highly recommend!! It was hard coming back to reality.

Best New Years Ever!

We absolutely loved this home! The property was beautiful, the beach was divine - soft white sand, clear blue water perfect for swimming, the cabanas were super convenient, the pool and hot tub were very enjoyable, the fireworks on new years eve were SPECTACULAR!!! Ollie and everyone on staff were super friendly and helpful and truly went above and beyond. the apartment itself was beautifully furnished and well appointed and the ocean view from the private balcony was priceless. we will definitely be back!!!

Paradise!

This rental unit could not have been any better! We arrived late Christmas Eve to find the Property Manager had someone waiting for us with a beautiful fruit basket, ideas of where to go for last minute groceries, and a quick dinner! The trip form there on out could not have been any better. The daily cleaning service was great, fresh beach towels every day as well. Amenities at condo and actual condo complex were wonderful--booking of rental cars, rental of beach gear, and just general help! Hope we can come back!

Great Condo, Perfect for Family Close Enough and Far Enough Away from Action

This condo was perfect for our family of four. We loved being on the second floor as it was an amazing view. We liked the neighborhood being close to West Bay were we could go to dinner/groceries without having to go to Georgetown, but Georgetown was only 10 minutes away when we wanted to go in for activities. Our only complaint is that the water area was pretty rocky. This made for excellent snorkeling, but not nice soft sand for swimming. Sand was fine for beach area and building sandcastles, but we just swam down a ways when we wanted non-snorkeling water time.

Exactly what it says it is !

My wife and I spent (2) weeks in Susan's #10 condo unit in Grand Cayman. Everything was just as it said it was and more. Ms. Ollie and her staff were outstanding although we are always low maintenance condo renters they were always available. The property and beach is extremely well maintained on a daily basis. We have used VRBO on many occasions and would easily rate this property, DPC Management and owner Susan, as one of our very best experiences. Fantastic sunsets! We have been renting every year on the island but decided to try discovery point this year and found the complex very convenient to everything while still being quiet. We looked at several units and just loved the pictures of Susan's unit and they did not disappoint. This unit is clean, modern, updated. The unit is spacious and comfortable and the deck great for reading a book, having cocktails for sunsets and watching folks out in the pool & snorkeling. We found out that you can rent paddle boards from the office and its a fantastic way to spend a morning or evening. There are turtles, eagle rays and bright colored fish all around! Can't wait to come back to this unit next year, if not before!

Fabulous Location and Staff

The condo itself was perfect! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and having the cooler for the beach was awesome! Normally when we stay at a condo, we don't get maid service. Here we did and really appreciated it. It was always nice to return from the day's adventures to clean towels, made beds, and clean floors. Plus the condo smelled awesome afterwards! As for Susan, she was great. She answered all my questions beforehand and provided a print out of things to do and places to eat and other helpful info. My family loved the location of the condo...still on Seven Mile Beach, literally steps from the water, but far enough away from the big crowds. We never had a problem getting chairs and an umbrella. Everyday at some point we were in the water outside the condo... perfect for swimming and snorkeling! Rent a car; see the island! There are so many things to do! If we come back to Grand Cayman, we would for sure stay here again!

Quiet heavenly stretch of 7 mile

We loved the location of the property with grocery and restaurants nearby. It almost felt like we were on a private beach Communication with Susan could not have been better. Screened in porch definitely a bonus!

We stayed at Discovery Point on a family holiday and fell in love with the property and Cayman. The view is beautiful, the beach has powder sand, and the ocean is warm, clean, and Caribbean blue. We love to snorkel right off the beach!
