Everything is walkable, we are in the most South end of the South Seas closest to the heart of Captiva. Additional great features we offer for free with the Condo: is a full set of beach amenities, beach chairs with umbrella, towels and beach cooler. Also we provide to 2 beach cruiser style bikes free of charge and onsite for immediate use!

Other things to note
I provide 2 Free beach bikes and Beach gear for a great day at the beach, these both are onsite for your convience!

Please take note, Captiva is still in the process of rejuvenation, meaning some construction work and noise may be noticeable, and our association and South Seas grounds is among the places being restored. There is still an area by the pool where the deck needs to be repaired, also the landscaping will be redone by the association this late fall/winter and is not perfect. The new waterpark that is under construction is on your walk to the beach, the great news is that our Condo faces the bayside water so it peaceful and noise free in the Condo and Lanai!
