Custom hirsimökki ympäröi Grand Teton Näkymät

Thistle Dew Cabin on muokattuihin log ja puun runko koti sijaitsee keskellä 45 hehtaarin ja ylpeilee 360 asteen vuoristomaisemat. Hytistä kuistilla nauttia kahvia katsellen takapuolelle Grand Tetonin kansallispuisto. Mökissä on 2 makuuhuonetta queen vuodetta (yksi on oma kylpyhuone ja olohuone). Kaksi parvea queen vuodetta näkymä olohuoneeseen. On puuhella että kodikas tunne, vuonna lattia lämpö, suuret ikkunat päästää iltarusko vuorilta ja torni aamukahville, illalla viiniä tai että romanttinen illallinen. Ruokasali ja auringon huone on tehty custom käsin veistetty puun runko vanha Vermont vaahtera palkit varten lämpöä, että vain tulee puusta. Täysin sisustukseen keittiö on kaikki mitä tarvitset; mikroaaltouuni, kahvinkeitin, kattilat, viinilasit, astianpesukone ja graniitti laskurit. Edessä kuisti pois olohuoneesta on suosikki keinutuolit ja auki näkymät Grand, Keski-ja Etelä Teton.
Pihalla on palo kuoppaan paistamiseen vaahtokarkkeja ja kertoa tarinoita ja puulämmitteinen kylpytynnyri liota ja katsoa hämmästyttävän tähtiä. Ominaisuus on myös kämppä lapsille ja todellinen tipi nauttia. Kylpytynnyri ei ole saatavissa marraskuu huhtikuuhun.
Omistajat asua asunnossa yli autotalli omaisuutta täysin erillään matkustamossa. Poreallas, sauna, ja palo pit ovat käyttöön matkustamon vierasta yksinomaan.
Vain 40 kilometrin päässä Jackson Hole, 1 tunnin päässä Grand Teton National Park ja vain 5 minuutin päässä Wyoming erämaa, Thistle Dew Cabin on täydellinen paikka rentoutua päivän jälkeen vaellus, koskenlaskua, hiihto tai kalastusta. Wonderful Cabin in excellent location

My family of 5 stayed in Thistle Dew for 10 days. It was great. The listing was very accurate. We plan to visit again. It’s far enough from town to be quiet but close enough to attractions. The cabin is unique and fun. The owners are very helpful and knowledgeable. 10/10

This cabin was so nice! The location was peaceful and relaxing, away from the crowded tourist areas of the two National Parks but close enough we could drive there each day. The cabin was comfortable, nicely furnished and had everything we could want. Beautiful views of the Tetons!

This was such a great find. We stayed three days and really enjoyed our stay. The host was very attentive. The cabin was beautiful, accommodating and the kids loved it!! The view was spectacular. If you’re looking for a relaxing place in the Teton valley this is it.

Absolutely beautiful property. The views are incredible…beautiful view of the Tetons. The hot tub and sauna were great. We had four adults staying there with plenty of space. Check in and out was very easy. The owner went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Hope to return soon

If you are looking for a location to find peace and beauty, this is the home to stay. Leslie and Don were super helpful with advice on things to explore in the area. Great rental!

This was a great stay for us, we had 6 adults in the house for our stay and amount of space to hang out indoor and outdoor. Personally didn’t realize from the listing that the two different loft bedroom spaces didn’t connect, but that may well have been a failing on my part. The house was really well stocked with cookware, some basic foods, blankets and games - we were definitely pleased! Owners are also very responsive if any issues arise which was super helpful (thanks!)

Wonderful cabin surrounded by beauty

The perfect place for a family to enjoy. The surrounding land and incredible views helps to feel like you’re away, yet it’s easy access to Driggs and Jackson Hole. We enjoyed the sauna and hot tub and cooked many meals in the well equipped kitchen. We sure liked the large deck and also playing games at the dining room table with all the windows and views. We would definitely recommend this place. It is a little rustic which is what we loved about it. The host was so nice and helpful with all our needs.

Thistle Dew was in the perfect location for all we wanted to do (hiking, horseback riding, rodeo). The town of Driggs had everything we needed. In addition, the land where the cabin was located was wonderful and secluded. The cabin itself was quite unique although a little more rustic than I like. Note that the owners were very hospitable and responsive whenever we had questions.

Best vacation ever!

Great property! Great hosts! Leslie and Don are extremely knowledgeable and are more than willing to share that information. The property is unique and comfortable. The property is also within easy access to the Tetons, Yellowstone, hiking restaurants, etc. Views of the Tetons from the porch are fantastic. Magical

Thistle Dew is a magical place. Located in gorgeous and quant Driggs. We were close to everything we wanted to do- ski, spa, great restaurants. Accommodations were perfect. This was an amazing place to celebrate our anniversary! Great kitchen so we could cook in a couple of nights and have breakfast with an incredible view! Highly recommend! Leslie is an awesome host who is graciously sharing her home with the world. We feel so blessed to have found this property!

Lovely

The home is nice and a lot more spacious than the pictures give it credit for; in my opinion. Don and Leslie are super nice and very communicative. Checking in and out is super smooth. They provide a lot of amenities and the VIEWS ARE BREATH TAKING. During our trip we visited both the Teton National Park and Yellowstone. One thing I did not realize was the "main" bedroom is not private. It is connected to one of the lofts. There is a private bedroom downstairs and it is super cute and cozy. We would definitely come back to this cabin!

Ringing in the New Year at Thistle Dew

We had a great time in this cabin surrounded by a winter wonderland. The kitchen and other amenities (including lots of extra towels for hot tubbing and the sauna) were perfect for our needs. We were in the country, but just a few minutes from town and a few more from skiing, which is exactly what we wanted. The pictures undersell the view, which is spectacular in person. Check in and check out were an easy process and the host (Leslie) provided some great intel on what to do in the area and followed up to make sure we had everything we needed upon arrival. We hope to return this summer or fall to enjoy the other property features like outdoor cooking, the firepit and lounging on the deck and enjoying the great views.

Third unforgettable trip to Thistledew

We stayed at Thistledew twice before the pandemic and were so excited to return. Having made some very fond memories on our first two trips we could not wait to arrive, unpack and relax for the week. We had the unexpected bonus of a prolonged spring storm which added to the cozy ambience, especially with the fire, hot tub and sauna available! The kids claimed the lofts and Mom and Dad had the most beautiful bedroom view of the Tetons. The skiing at Grand Targhee was fantastic as always but especially so with all the new snow, so say my expert skiers in the family (everyone but me!). In the evenings we played board games, listened to music, cooked fabulous meals and enjoyed every moment of our stay. Leslie was super responsive and so very gracious and helpful with great tips about local activities. We look forward to our next trip!

Gorgeous Teton Views

My family and I stayed here for 3 nights / 2 days as we explored The Tetons and really enjoyed the property! Gorgeous views from the entire house! Drinking our morning coffee and relaxing on the back porch in the evening was a highlight of each day. The log house was very relaxing and a great place to stay. The master bedroom had a great view and our teenage daughters each enjoyed their separate loft bedrooms. Plenty of room for all of us. The beds and bedding were very comfortable! The outdoor hot tub and Mountain View’s were spectacular! Leslie stayed in communication with us and that was a plus! We appreciated Leslie’s tips on things to do in the area. Hiked the South Teton Pass and accomplished The Devils Staircase-this was our favorite hike of the trip! Thanks Leslie for the tip! Only wish we had more time here….BEAUTIFUL!

Not what we expected

The house is definitely not a five star rated home. The home smelled like cat urine, it stated 2 bathrooms, the basement bathroom wasnt much of a bathroom, the basement had a horrible oder with stained flat pillows, they do not cut the grass, so it is a shin high mosquito infested heaven. I normally do not complain and just move on and rent elsewhere, but these things needed to be mentioned,

Leslie and Don purchased 45 acres in 1993 to build a cabin where their family and their grand children would love to come to spend their summers and where Don and Leslie can live in retirement. It started off as a small cabin project built by the Roth family; Don and Leslie and their 3 children and guided by Leslie's brother Peter. The labor of love, and tenacity lasted more than 15 years; building up, adding on, tearing out. The resulting home is the original log cabin with timber frame additions. The tower and timber frame entry way was a gift from Leslie's brother. Come explore our custom home and the 80 acres that surround it. Enjoy, relax and get to know us by the personal touches throughout.
