Welcome to your home away from home in the heart of West Sacramento! This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom property is perfect for families, friends, or business travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and a little outdoor charm.
You're just minutes from downtown Sacramento, Golden 1 Center, Sutter Health Park, Old Sacramento, and local dining hotspots.
With a fully equipped kitchen and fenced backyard with a fire pit, you have everything you need to spend quality time with family or friends.
OUR PROPERTY:
This property features a large living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen with a bar cart, and a fenced backyard with outdoor furniture and a fire pit, perfect to enjoy afternoons with family or friends.
The three spacious and comfortable bedrooms are each equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans, and ample clothing storage. Two out of the three bedrooms also have their own TV.
The fully fenced yard provides plenty of space for kids or pets to play safely, making it an ideal spot for both fun and relaxation. Enjoy quality time outdoors with your own fire pit, and comfy patio furniture.
Just a short stroll to the A’s Ballpark and only 1.1 miles from the Sacramento Kings’ Golden 1 Center, you’ll be right in the heart of the action. Enjoy easy access to local restaurants, cafes, and the scenic riverfront.
Historic Old Sacramento and the vibrant Downtown district are only 5 minutes away, offering family-friendly attractions by day and lively nightlife after dark.
