Lumi (meaning `snow` in Nordic countries) is your getaway spot for a truly luxurious mountain retreat. This brand-new Nordix townhome was professionally designed to ensure you are pampered like a FanndĂs (Finnish for `snow goddess `). Offerings include: ski-in/ski-out, slope-side access to Panorama Mountain Resort`s Silver Platter lift, a stunning gas-lit fireplace, private hot tub surrounded by the Purcell mountains and access to the resort`s outdoor pools, sauna, gym, tennis courts & more.

- 24/7 Assistance: Our goal is to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. We do not live on the property, but you can reach us 24/7 via text if you need us for any reason.

CONSUMABLES
Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.
CHECK-IN/OUT
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.
We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there`s something you need during your stay with us.
The Nordix townhomes are a new slope-side development on the base of Panorama`s Silver Platter chair. This location provides quick access to the 138 mountain trails, and a a short walk to Pano`s shopping, dining options & hot pools. Whether you`re looking to ski, mountain bike, cross-country ski, or just kick back in the hot pools, Panorama has everything you need to live out your mountain fantasy.

Please note that stairs are required to access all areas of the property. Therefore, this may not be the best fit for those with mobility issues.
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.
Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
