Welcome to Railyard in Denton, TX! Perfect for monthly or extended stays, our fully-furnished apartments include modern finishes like granite countertops, wood-style flooring, ceiling fans, individual climate control, and private patios or balconies. Each unit comes with a full kitchen, fast WiFi, stylish furnishings, in-unit laundry, and a dedicated workspace for convenience.
All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we'll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records.
For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.

We kindly ask all guests to use caution when entering and exiting the premises. Exciting additions are on the way—including a pool and dog park, expected to be completed by September.
