The Space:

Enjoy a serene waterfront suite on the intracoastal side of Clearwater Beach. The beach is just 2 blocks away, with water views right outside your door. Cafes, restaurants, and bars are steps away, while the resort offers a heated, waterview pool and landscaped courtyard. Free parking is available on-site.

You will likely see some debris, and you can expect some noise during daytime hours on weekdays. This is expected to continue until end of the year 2025. We appreciate your understanding as we work to improve the entire resort and its facilities.

• Property easements are still being accepted for certain areas.

The Neighborhood:
🚶 Beachside location with bars, cafes, ice cream shops, boutique stores, and restaurants within walking distance. No car needed.

Getting Around:
Everything is walkable.

Other Things to Note:
🏨 This is a private unit at a resort; we manage only select top-tier units and have no control over amenities outside the unit.
🐜 Pest Note: While we treat regularly, occasional ants, spiders, or roaches may appear due to heat; no refunds are issued, but we’re happy to address any problems!

Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program — you’re covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay. Just relax and enjoy your trip knowing little mishaps are taken care of. (Note, this is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance; this self-funded protection covering up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only. Examples included linens, towels, and wine glasses.)

Interaction with Guests:
Your unit is private but there are 25 units at the resort so all of the amenities are shared.
