Great Stay!

Beautiful property, quiet and secluded. Very convenient to loads of restaurants and not far in minutes from downtown and the strip.

CES Stay

Came to Vegas for the CES show and was able to stay here in a nice clean quiet house 15 min from the the Strip.

Comfortable home on a spacious lot

The owner takes great care in maintaining the home and communicated well with us. The 3/4 acre means you have space from the neighbours and even a distant view of mountains. It is located 15 minutes from the Smith Center and driving distance to many lovely parks for walking. Roku on each of the 3 TV's was appreciated.

Nice property, but....

We felt the kitchen was not well stocked with basic items typically included with other VRBO rentals. This is an older property that needs some plumbing repairs of several water faucet systems which seem to operate backwards.

Too Short

We had a busy schedule to keep. We checked in late, ran out early, and came back late every day. Sitting outside in the morning was Fabulous. If we had just one more day, our race friends could have helped us enjoy the back patio and BBQ. Now we know! Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Cute property, Nice getaway

Perfect little getaway for small group. House is very clean, close to everything, has most everything you can think of. The hostess was very responsive and made every effort to make her guests comfortable. Furniture is new, very comfy and well kept. Beds are very comfy. Plenty of dresser storage if you want to unpack and stay for a while We would choose this location and hostess again! Our only issue is that the smoke alarm is over the stove and went off every time we cooked. Needs to be re-located. Over-all, we highly recommend the home and the hostess!

We strive to have reclining chairs and sofas so that guests can really relax while on vacation or after attending conventions all day. We are happy that you found the beds to be comfortable also (we replace mattresses often) and that the location was good as well. Our apologies for the smoke alarm. We have never had any complaints about it, but sometimes guests do not mention things, so we are happy that you let us know. We want our guests' time to be as perfect as possible, and we are sorry that we failed in this area. Hopefully, if you visit again, this won't happen. If you do visit Las Vegas again, we would welcome you as guests and be happy to offer you our repeat-guest discount. Thank you so much.

Home is comfortable for family vacation.

Having my elderly Mother on vacation with my wife and I, we enjoyed the quiet, privacy and convenience of a full home to relax in during our stay in the Las Vegas area. The Home was equipt adaquently for the needs we sought. When an issue did arise, the owner was easy to reach and acted rapidly to resolve the problem. Which turned out to be a very minor. After our departure , Sandra investigated the object of the issue , identifying the cause and reassured us that our safety was at her best interest.

Clean and comfortable home

We were in LV to visit some friends and found this home available. It was convenient to shopping and centrally located. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great Stay! Ottimo soggiorno!

Hello! I'm Chiara from Italy! Sandra helped me to organize our trip in Vegas with many tips: she's very helpful, accurate and friendly! The house was perfect: clean, spacious, provided with everything (home appliances, towels, electric gate, etc) and with a lovely outside! (we wait for the swimming pool :D). We were 3 but I think it would be good also for 6 people (same family or friends)! Quiet area, shops, supermarkets and fast food easily reachable by car in a short time (car is necessary)! FEEL LIKE HOME :) Buongiorno a tutti! Sono Chiara e vengo dall'Italia! Sandra mi ha aiutato ad organizzare il mio giro a Las Vegas: è stata molto disponibile, precisa e gentile! La casa era perfetta: pulita, spaziosa, con tutto il necessario (elettrodomestici, asciugamani, cancello elettrico, etc) e con un esterno carinissimo! (aspettiamo la piscina! :D). Eravamo in 3, ma credo che anche in 6 persone sia una buona soluzione (famiglie o gruppi di amici)! La zona è molto tranquilla, negozi, supermercati e ristori sono facilmente raggiungibili in poco tempo con l'auto (avere l'auto è necessario). Ci siamo sentiti come a casa! :) Grazie Sandra!
