You will love our charming villa with an ancient Trullo typical of the Apulia region, recently completely renovated, featuring a new salted water pool with hydromassage overlooking olive trees typical of Apulia.
The spectacular illuminated pool area features a solar shower, a lounge area with a patio umbrella, and sun loungers with towels for the guests.
Enjoy all the modern comforts we offer: air conditioning in every room, high speed Wi-Fi (Starlink), alarm system, remote-control gate for private access, and fully gated property with private parking.
Inside the villa there are 3 bedrooms of which 2 master with smart TV (Netflix) and 1 with 3 twin beds, 2 bathrooms with shower (1 with washing machine), a living room with dining table and smart TV (Netflix), and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, induction cooktop, microwave, toaster, panini maker, electric kettle, espresso coffee maker, american coffee maker, moka, and kitchenware.
The kitchen opens up to an illuminated pergola for outside dining, an ancient wood-fire oven, a convenient barbecue and a trullo with an additional living area to relax.
Located in the country side, few minutes driving from the nearby towns of San Vito dei Normanni and Carovigno, 15 minutes driving from the top beach destination of Torre Guaceto, and 30 minutes driving from the must-see Ostuni “The White City”, our property will offer you an unforgettable vacation with your family and friends, where you can relax and discover a unique region in the world.
