Welcome to the perfect Savannah getaway! Nestled in the heart of Savannah, Georgia's historic district. This beautifully updated studio condo is located right on Oglethorpe Square and adjacent to the historic Thomas-Owens house.
The condo offers a delightful blend of modern comfort and historic charm. You will be just steps away from all the best downtown attractions. Here you will find yourself immersed in the vibrant culture, rich history, and delectable Southern cuisine of the low country.
This inviting studio features a plush queen-size bed, ensuring restful nights after your adventures. Enjoy the convenience of a stocked kitchen, perfect for whipping up a cozy breakfast, romantic dinner and that perfect morning cup of coffee.
The updated bathroom adds extra luxury to your stay, complete with Public Goods brand toiletries and fluffy fresh towels.
Relax and unwind in the cozy living area, complete with a TV and high-speed Wi-Fi, ideal for catching up on your favorite shows or planning your next outing. The pub-style table and chairs create a perfect spot for enjoying meals or setting up a temporary work station.

Guest will have access to the entire studio condo. There is a shared building entrance and then the condo is located on the first floor. Guests have a full kitchen, bathroom and bedroom.

Please note that there is not a dishwasher, washer or dryer included in this studio condo. There is coin laundry available in the building basement.
This condo is a true studio/one bedroom condo. There is not a living room or separate dining room. We do have a pub table and chairs available.
