Viinimaa asuu parhaimmillaan! Mukava tyylikkyys odottaa. Nautimme viinimaamme elÀmÀstÀmme ja haluamme jakaa sen kanssanne! Kahden makuuhuoneen, kahden kylpyhuonemökki sijaitsee CCOF-sertifioitujen orgaanisten syrah-viiniköynnösten edessÀ omalla yksityisellÀ bocce-pallokentÀllÀ! Nauti viinitarhamme asettamisesta heti ranskalaisista ovista tai ylÀkerran kannelta. Lyhyt kÀvelymatka tai ratsastaa ilmaisilla risteilyillÀmme vie sinut historiallisen viehÀttÀvÀn Los Olivosin kaupungin sydÀmeen; jossa voit nauttia yli 30 maisteluhuoneesta, kaupasta ja ravintolasta. Molemmat Wine Country Retreatit ovat yksityisomistuksessamme, missÀ rauha ja hiljaisuus odottavat. Suuri huolenaihe tekee vieraiden vierailusta mukavan ja rentouttavan. Los Olivos ja sen lÀhiseutu: ViehÀttÀvÀn pikkukaupungimme 20+ maistajahuonetta, galleriat ja ravintolat ovat 10 minuutin kÀvelymatkan (20 minuutin kÀvelymatkan) tai lyhyen pyörÀretken pÀÀssÀ. Tarjoamme myös ilmaisia risteilyaluksia. Keittiömme on tÀysin varustettu ruoanlaittoon, kadulla (5 minuutin kÀvelymatka) on pieni tori. Mutta koska alueellasi on tarjolla maailmanluokan ruokailu, et ehkÀ halua keittÀÀ vettÀ.
Santa Ynezin laakso koostuu Tanskan kaupungista Solvangista, lÀnsimaisesta teemasta Santa YnezistÀ, Ballardista, Buelltonista ja Los Olivosista. Wonderful experience from start to finish. We loved the retreat. Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. The wine (from owner’s vineyard) was delicious, as was the apple cake Shawnda baked for us. Definitely take the farm and vineyard tour during your stay. The retreat is also very well located and an easy drive to several small towns and many wonderful vineyards. Shawnda and Sam are delightful and perfect hosts.

Charm and Amazing Hospitality

Cutest place with the best hosts we’ve ever experienced. Everything was perfect. The hosts communication was phenomenal and the welcome was like a 5 star resort. Very personal. Everything was beautiful and comfortable and the location is unbeatable. I would recommend this to everyone I know and meet if going to Los Olivos or to Wine Country.

Our stay was incredible! A great weekend getaway in a quiet, relaxing and beautiful place with all the right touches. Amazing Stay - The house, vineyard, and farm could be your whole vacation!

Absolutely an amazing stay at this property. Being able to take a tour of the vineyard and farm was awesome. All the personal touches were so fun, cruiser bikes, chippers/garden bag to pick fresh fruit and vegetables, check-in gift, custom soaps all of which made the trip. In fact the last night we cancelled dinner reservations, biked to local store to get steak, picked fresh vegetables for dinner, and played bocce ball. You will not regret staying here just remember to go into town once or twice or you may forget too!

Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience at this beautiful property in Los Olivos. The owners were very responsive and easy to work with. The beds were comfortable, the house had everything we needed, and there were many special touches like a cheese plate, restaurant gift card, crackers and wine at the house upon arrival. The bikes were a fun way to get to town, which is a short ways away. The property is beautiful, and we enjoyed sitting on the front patio looking over the grapes.

Our New Favorite Wine Getaway!

We arrived late due to a delayed flight and was immediately at home in the wonderful, cozy cottage! The view from the upstairs bedroom was a delight every, single morning. What a great location to visit downtown and all the area wineries - five days was just not long enough! We had two amazing meals at Shawnda and Sam's restaurant - Los Olivos Wine Merchant. Top food and service! Unfortunately, we didn't get to enjoy the gorgeous outside area or the bikes as it was unusually cold while we were there. A very good excuse for us to go back soon!

Pristine place with great view and wonderful hosts

This was our first trip to Santa Ynez Valley. We were here to experience the wines from this region. In booking this property we were impressed by the beautiful pictures of the house and it's view. We were not disappointed. This place was pristine. The location and views were incredible and both Shawnda and Sam were amazing hosts. When we go back, we will not hesitate to stay here. Also, the Bernat wines are very good. Their Syrah's stack up against anyone else in the region. Thanks Sam and Shawnda. We look forward to coming back!!

A Slice of Serenity

There aren’t enough stars to rate this lovely property. Lush vineyards, with their fall colors on full display, stunning trees of orange and gold, and the rolling hills in the distance provide the backdrop. So deeply peaceful, it’s as though we truly exhaled for the first time since the Pandemic began. Inside, a beautifully decorated cottage, with absolutely breathtaking views of the vineyards, and every thoughtful touch a guest could want during his stay. Completing the picture? Sam and Shawnda, our attentive, thoughtful hosts. They were so responsive, as well as kind and knowledgeable., and their restaurant was wonderful. We can’t wait to return! Amy and David and mountains in the distance.

Perfect Tranquil Getaway

This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed at this property, and it was everything I remembered and more. It’s in the country, right on a vineyard, and it’s so peaceful and relaxing. Sam and Shawnda, the owners, left us some lovely wine and charcuterie to start our visit off right, and downtown Los Olivos is just a short walk away. It was just what I wanted and needed, and I highly recommend.

Absolutely Lovely

This was our second visit to the vineyard retreat and it was just as memorable as the first! It's so wonderful to return to a place that feels like home, with thoughtful hosts like Shawnda and Sam making it extra special. They really do go above and beyond to make their guest feel special. The combination of comfort, beauty, and hospitality was the perfect recipe for a relaxing getaway. We definitely plan to visit again.

perfection!

We loved being in this beautiful cottage in such an amazing setting. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. Watching the sun set and rise over the colorful vines and the distant mountains was magical. Penelope and Piper visited us and we enjoyed meeting them. We enjoyed the welcome bottle of wine and cheese platter as we sat on the patio overlooking the vineyard. We made use of the coupon and had dinner and wine tasting at the cafe owned by the vineyard owners. Even went home with a butternut squash that was left in the organic garden adjacent to the vineyard! Loved exploring Los Olivos and hope to return one day. Can't imagine one thing to make it better!!!

Simply Perfect Santa Ynez Wine Retreat

This is a beautiful setting and property for a getaway with friends. It is perfect for two couples. We enjoyed sitting on the patio with our morning tea and coffee and watching the birds enjoy the fountain. Very private and quiet. Great location for getting to wineries and Solvang. The communication with the owners/mgmt. was 10 +. Well-appointed amenities. Some added special touches were quite nice (you'll see... ) I highly recommend this rental and would return again when in the area.

Perfect Girls Weekend Getaway!

The Retreat was exactly as pictured/described and was the perfect accommodations for our weekend girls trip. We came up to Los Olivos via LAX, traveling from the east coast. We got in later than expected due to some flight delays, but the check-in process was easy and the hosts even left a few lights on for us when they knew we’d be arriving on the later side. Two bedrooms and two full bathrooms was perfect. Lots of really nice details, like robes, a bottle of wine, a charcuterie board, and a nice welcome message! It was a ~5-7 minute walk to the grocery store and about ~25 minute slow walk into town. Perfect location to walk to the tasting rooms and walk home. Only regret is not booking our trip for longer!

Wonder Stay in Wine Country

What a wonderful rental if you want to be close to everything in Santa Barbara wine country but also feel as though you on a secluded vineyard away from the action. The rental was perfectly described and had all the amenities we expected. You are within walking distance from Los Olivos and a quick drive to anywhere in the valley. The hosts were fantastic communicators and helped us with recommendations which were fantastic. We look forward to our next stay at the farm!!

Wonderful retreat with stunning views

Relaxing experience, a short bike ride from Los Olivos. The views are absolutely stunning and the farm provides fresh veggies for any meals you decide to make there. Love this place.

Little slice of heaven

My husband and I wanted to show my parent’s Santa Ynez Valley while they were visiting from out of town and Sam and Shawnda’s home was the best setting for the weekend. The property is surrounded by a huge gardens that were beautiful to walk through and a horse farm that made you feel even more connected with nature. Beautiful views from the patio were the perfect back drops to our morning coffee and breakfast and afternoon games of rummy. Check in was so easy and they had fresh snacks and wine ready for our arrival. The house is so charming and the perfect place the call home for the weekend. We will back. Hopefully sooner than later! Thank you Sam and Shawnda!
