Avaimeton ovilukko, joten sinun ei tarvitse pysyä avaimissa loman aikana!

Sinä rakastat Persianlahden näkemyksiä tämän 2 makuuhuoneen parvekkeelta, 2 kylpyhuonetta, joka sijaitsee suositun Phoenix V Condominiumin 4. kerroksessa.

Yksikkö nukkuu 8 king-vuode mestari ja 2 queen beds toisessa makuuhuoneessa. On myös Queen vuodesohva olohuoneessa ylimääräistä perhettä ja vieraita.

Keittiö on täysin varustettu kaikki ruoanlaittoon liittyvät tarpeet. Ruokapöytä mahtuu 6: een, ja 2 lisävuoteita on aamiaisbaarissa.

Olohuoneessa on mukavat istuimet ja 55 tuuman älykäs televisio kaikkien suosikkiesitysten katseluun. On parveke pääsy olohuone ja makuuhuone! Condo sijaitsee myös vain 3 yksikköä hisseistä, joten sinun ei tarvitse kävellä kaukana päästäksesi huoneistoon!

Nauti vapaasta päivitetystä WiFi-laitteesta koko laitteessa nopeamman ja turvallisemman yhteyden saavuttamiseksi.

On pinottu pesukone ja kuivaaja kaikkiin pyykin tarpeisiin.

Weekend stay

We stayed at this property for a long weekend during Sand in My Boots festival. The location was perfect and near all the necessary shopping and restaurants. The setup was perfect for our group (only 4 of us).

Nice Getaway

Had to carry shopping cart full of groceries up four flights of stairs due to elevators being constantly full. One elevator was down and too many people for the condo for just 3 elevators. Wait times were ridiculous, thankful nothing happened, had to use stairs most of our stay!Room balcony door could barely open with two hands and the balcony was nasty, needs pressure washed. Dining room chairs were stained and nasty as well. Could barely open door for the washer and dryer, its on its last leg. Carpet was ripped and just was not impressed like the pictures show. Will not be returning!

Great Place on the Beach

Great little condo right on the beach! The pictures depict the condo perfectly and we had a great time! The layout was nice - the secondary bedroom is far enough away that we didn’t wake the kids being in the living room once they went to bed. Kitchen was nice and easy to work in. The views are stunning - right on the water. Pool and splash pad were great for the kids. The location is also great - close to restaurants and shopping. We plan to come gain next year!

The only bad thing I have to say is that we booked way in advance and they did not tell us construction would be going on in the main lobby. There were 2 elevators down and it made the place look very grungy. It would have been nice to have been notified that they would be remodeling.

Great weekend getaway

This condo is in a prime location, within walking distance to Live Bait to eat or Adventure Island for go-karts, putt putt and gaming. Also, because its on the 4th floor, you can easily walk down the stairs if the elevators get too crowded (which they do) during the summer. Julia was in constant contact with us to make sure we had everything we needed throughout the stay. We love the Phoenix condos!

Nice place!

Condo was nice, appeared clean and pretty well maintained. It did smell like someone had been smoking weed in it, but I think the patio door may have been ever so slightly left open and it was the neighbors. The staff all seemed very nice, the building itself could definitely use some updating/upgrading and you could see they were doing some work here and there. The elevators were very fast for us, never more than 30-60 second wait. The only issue we had was the master bed was SUPER hard, we felt like we were sleeping on the ground. The beach was lovely the pool area was great and the condo itself was nice, too. I’d definitely book here again, but I’d sleep in the 2nd bedroom and give my kid the master. Haha

There were a couple of maintenance things we think should be done. The shower in the master bath leaked. The condo could use a good deep cleaning. The corners had clear dirt and build up from general use. The overall condition of the furniture was great. Overall we were pleased with our stay.

Deck Repairs ruined our stay.

I understand there is no good time to do repairs however we were NOT informed that we we would not be able to go on our deck for at least two weeks of the four weeks of our stay. The construction noise (jackhammering of stucco) was so loud on some days we could not stay in the condo. The entire building is old and needs to be updated, elevators did not work some days, entry lobby tile in desperate need of repair. We will not be back to Phoenix V.

Could have been great

There was 5 people in our group. We only had 4 towels, 4 washcloths and one kitchen towel. Luckily I had brought 3 towels and 8 washcloths from home. We washed towels all week long. I went to store and bought dish rags and dish towels. I bought a broom to sweep up sand. There was a short in the light over the shower and the toilet paper holder in main bathroom only had one side hardware present. The see bedroom is much smaller than picture indicates. Other than that, everything was good. The furniture was very comfortable. Elevators were very assessable.

Not our Favorite

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The overall condo itself was nice. However, the couch was not really a couch. It was more like a futon. It slanted downward when you sat one it and the cushions sank into the couch. If we were staying here for a week, we would have been very disappointed. The beds were really uncomfortable. Personally if I were going to invest in a condo, I would want to insure my guests were sleeping well in decent beds. They supplied one trash bag and one disposable wash cloth for the kitchen. Also, do not waste your money on a tent for the beach. You cant put your tent anywhere near the water. It has to be closer to the condo. We spent $80.00 on a nice tent and we were not able to use it unless we were at least 50 feet back form the water, which at that point was not worth it.

Great time- just some bad luck

We have stayed in orange beach/gulf shores a few times before this stay. We liked the building/the pool/the beach area. We were able to check in early which was nice since we arrived early to town. Rooms are a good size and description good. They lack extra linens/blankets and towels so make sure to bring some of your own. It was a little chilly in the room. The unit was not very clean when we arrived and there were peanut pieces on the balcony and the kitchen table had dried liquid/food on it upon arrival as well as the granite counter tops. I normally would not be upset but my son is anaphylactic allergic to peanuts so we had to clean on our arrival and sterilize everything. The washer did not work when we went to use it- the company did respond quickly and let us do our laundry in another unit which was appreciated. The oven took forever to heat up. There was some mold at the base of the shower in the master. We are not sure who was above us but they were moving metals chairs across the floor and it was very loud in our unit very late at night and ver early in the morning. There were a lot of peanut shells on the beach which I have never seen before. The splash pad was a great hit and the pool was very large and nice. There were no spices in our unit and no dust pan but there was a broom. The outdoor furniture is worn and a lot of the other units had newer/better ones. All of the people working at the Phoenix 5 were super nice. Overall we enjoyed, just had some bad luck.
