La Brisan ranta-asunnot tarjoavat rentouttavan, helpon ja kiehtovan Floridan viehätyksen. La Brisa on ihanteellinen paikka nauttia Keysin lomasta. Etelä-Rooseveltin bulevardilla sijaitseva suojattu porteilla on vastapäätä Smathers-rantaa. La Brisa tarjoaa naapurimaiden ja rentouttavan ilmapiirin. Liity yhteisöihin, jotka järjestivät toimintaa klubitalossa, pelaavat ottelussa tenniskentillä ja nauttivat suuresta uima-altaasta, porealtaasta ja tilavasta yhteisestä alueesta, jossa voit jutella, syödä ja istua auringossa.

Oleskelu- / ruokailutilan ulkoilma-suunnittelu lisää tilavuutta. Kun katsot yli Atlantin valtameren, vedä sohvalle tai kivistä itsesi paistettuun keinutuoliin ja ota Key Westin auringonlaskun värit. Hiljattain remontoitu keittiö on tilava ja siinä on ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistettu jääkaappi ja kaksinkertainen pesuallas. Suuressa lasipöydässä on tilaa kuudelle upealle merinäköalalle.

Makuuhuoneessa on king-vuode ja kaksinkertaiset ikkunat, joista avautuu näkymä merelle ja upea vaellus kaapissa / pukuhuoneessa. Kylpylän kaltaisessa kylpyhuoneessa on kaksi turhuutta ja ylimitoitettu, lasisuojattu suihkukaappi. Tässä makuuhuoneessa on myös oma yksilöllinen pääsy yksityiselle parvekkeelle, joka sopii varhain aamukahvia ja auringonnousua. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta ja suuri vaatekaappi, jossa on paljon säilytystilaa. Toinen kylpyhuone on tyylikäs, ja siinä on moderni lasi- ja laatta-suihku, koko seinän peili ja graniitti.

La Brisa kaappaa saaren elämää, paikallisten asumisen tapaa, kaukana alamäkeä. Rauhallisella kuutamaisella kävelyllä rannalla, paikallisen myyjän aamukahvila ja rannan auringonnousu tekevät unohtumattomasta lomasta. Ja kun olet kaatunut pois melusta, et ole liian kaukana. On polkupyöräreitti, joka johtaa sinut Atlantin valtameren varrella monien Key Westin nähtävyyksien ohi, kaupunkialueelle. Family trip to Key West

The Sea Orchid at the La Brisa condos was perfect for our family trip. The view from the balcony was beautiful! We even had the good luck to see a rainbow one morning. The condo and property are well taking care of and clean. We made several meals at the condo and the kitchen was one best I've used on vacation because of the supplies (pots, pans, dishes, utensils). The location is great because of the views, access to the public beach, and easy drive to rest of the island.

A great condo with an amazing view!!!

Very nice p!ace to stay in Key West. Steps away fromSmathers Beach! Only thing was I love to cook and would love to had a crock pot available. I know most people eat out on vacation so it would not matter to most. I would recommend this condo for your next stay in Key West.

Really enjoyed our stay! It was a nice quiet location away from all the busy area but a short drive to go enjoy all the fun activities Key West has to offer!

Pictures don’t do this property justice.

We loved this property. The pool and the hot tub are beautiful, behind the tennis courts there are grills. The beds are comfortable and the giant fridge were a major plus. Smathers beach is a short walk away. The airport is less than 10 minutes away. Our only difficult was finding the right building. On the inside of the circle you will see a red "E" that indicates the correct elevator tower. It is the first one on the left when you enter the development from the automatic gate.

All good here, except for bed bugs

The property was clean, but I gave one star, cause it has bed bugs. Me and my wife had bites all over our legs. We had other small issues which were not major, i wont mention that.

This was a great location to be close to the beach and Key West activities without having to be right in the middle of the chaos which is Duval Street. We had a great time, the unit was well furnished, clean and stocked. Would stay there again. Philip

Great views and location

Excellent views of the water from the living room, balcony and master bedroom. Two twin beds in second bedroom were great for adult kids. Great apartment that is across the street from the beach and sunset water sports location. Will stay there again.

Key West Fun In The Sun

The unit was as described and clean. We arrived after office hours. We had received an email directing us to an online portal for details on getting into the unit. The portal appeared to have everything we would need to get into the unit. We arrived at the gated entrance and had no idea what to do. There were no instructions in any email or in the portal on how to open the driveway security gate. We snuck in with another car. The portal had the elevator code and the door code to the unit but no information on how to open the gate. When we called the office the next morning, we were told we should have stopped by their office in downtown Key West to pick up the remote for the driveway gate. That was not mentioned anywhere. We went to the office after the phone call, and they gave us the remote for the gate. While the unit clean and the description and photos were accurate, we did have one problem. There was no hot water in the guest bath shower. The guest bath sink had hot water. Since we were not using the guest bath shower, we did not call the office about it but mentioned it to them when we checked out. We enjoyed our stay and will likely stay there again when we come back to Key West.

Stay at Key West Condo

Very nice condo, we had a great time exploring Key West, next time we will fly right into Key West. Ft Lauderdale and Miami traffic are a brutal experience. Advise=fly into Key West! We were only disappointed about the Sargassum, but it didn't ruin our trip! The Condo complex is beautiful and has a gorgeous pool!!

Beautiful Place

This was a beautiful condo. It was mostly updated and comfortable. The only complaints we had were the smell from the beach, which you essentially get used to and is out of everyone's control, the window in the second bedroom being covered with plywood, which made it very dark during the day but was nice for sleeping, and the dishwasher not working and not being repaired while we were there. It has a lovely view and worked well for our family.

Great location, but didn’t like the current residents

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We checked in late evening. I noticed a few smaller insects as we turned in lights in the kitchen and bathrooms. The next morning I saw several more. I sent pictures to our extermination company at home. Unfortunately I was correct. The current residents were German cockroaches. I notified the leasing office the morning of the second day. On the morning of the third day as I opened the reservoir to add water for a cup of coffee a few more roaches crawled out of the reservoir. At that point I called the office and stated we can no longer tolerate the conditions. They moved us to a diff ent location that evening. I do appreciate the fact that within two days of us notifying the office they relocated us for the remainder of our vacation. However having a night free a few nights free or being compensated for the move would have been a nice gesture other than just expecting us to be grateful they moved us out of a roach infested location.

Great stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Making the arrangements was easy. It was a little inconvenient to have to go to the office to check in instead of getting a code and going right to the property. I would suggest offering a little more information for people getting there for the first time. We spent a lot of time searching ways of transportation, i.e. bus availability,Duval loop , taxi’s etc. as we were not in the center of Key West. Uber was readily available. The location was terrific with a beach right across the street. The office did not have much information about transportation into the main attractions. We did a lot of researching prior to going to Key West but it would’ve been nice if some information was there at the condo
