Contemporary Craftsman Steps to Old Town
Experience an upbeat and walkable stay in this centrally located 1-bedroom retreat in the heart of Old Town Fort Collins. The home features an updated kitchen and bath, a quiet private bedroom, and a comfy living room for movie nights or remote work. We`ve stocked quality amenities and plush hotel-grade linens so you can settle in and relax. Step outside and take a .5 mile stroll to Old Town and 1.4 miles to CSU. This old town charmer is professionally managed by Rise N Shine Rentals.
This is the upper level unit of a duplex home in old town. The entrance to the 1 bedroom apartment is on the back side of the house and up the stairs which is best seen from the driveway. The other, 2 bedroom unit, is downstairs, and accessed through the front of the home. The two units share a private laundry area with detergent and dryer sheets provided but the rest of the home is private to you.

The second bedroom has two twin beds.
The kitchen is fully stocked for you to prepare your own meals if you choose to and a dining table.
