COMING IN 2026:
We have been working to open up the third bedroom and full bath for the 2026 season beginning February 1, 2026. A Jacuzzi J-XLX hot tub (with reclining seat), Covana lighted automated gazebo, pool table, shuffleboard table, poker table, 11-seat media room, 65" LG gaming TV, Xbox 2TB, Nintendo Switch 2 and coffee / snack kitchen will all be part of the "sleeps 8" 2026 vacation rental. These updates add 1,500 sq ft and the full backyard to your rental. (IMPORTANT: If you have already booked the "sleeps 4" Nature's Gallery in 2026, these new amenities will NOT be available to you. If you wish, you can cancel your current reservation and rebook the larger space at the 2026 nightly rate.)

NOTE:
Between 12/01/2025 and 12/13/2025, and again between 01/04/2026 and 02/13/2026, the homeowner will be in the lower apartment finishing renovations to the 2026 enlarged rental property. The first flour apartment (turning media and game room) is a sound-insulated lower-level living space. Until February 2026, both spaces are ENTIRELY SEPARATE, ensuring you a QUIET and PRIVATE experience. The only possible visitor is Sophie Muffin—a hypoallergenic 16-pound Australian Shepherd-Poodle and certified service dog. The homeowner works full-time and is typically away during the evenings, contributing to the art and culture of Sedona life.
