This beautifully updated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom split-level home is centrally located in Overland Park—just 20 minutes from nearly anywhere in the Kansas City Metro area. Whether you're here for a family visit, adult getaway, business trip, or to cheer on the Chiefs or Royals, this cozy and convenient space is the perfect retreat.
The space
Our recently remodeled home features:
~Fully stocked kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances, cookware, dinnerware, and complimentary local Kansas City coffee.
~Comfortable living room with reclining sofas and a 50” Smart TV—perfect for streaming your favorite shows or watching the big game.
Three cozy bedrooms:
~Master bedroom: King-size bed, 32” Smart TV, ensuite bathroom, hangers, and luggage rack.
~Second & third bedrooms: Queen-size beds and spacious closets with hangers.
~Two full bathrooms: Both stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
~Garage game space: Includes a pool table for extra fun!
Extras You'll Appreciate:
~Laundry area in the garage with washer, dryer, detergent, dryer sheets, and stain remover provided.
~Spacious driveway that accommodates up to four vehicles.
Outdoor Oasis:
~Upper and lower patios
~Fully fenced backyard—great for relaxing or family fun

House Rules:
No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home.
No parties or loud noise. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM.
No pets allowed at this time.
Illegal activity is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to drug use or distribution, prostitution, and unlawful possession of firearms.
Guest access
The whole house is yours to use! Please make yourself at home.
Other things to note
If using the grill, grill must be cleaned after use to avoid a $40 cleaning fee.
