Smoking & Drugs: This is a non-smoking and recreational drug-free space. Smoking cigarettes, vapes, or cigars inside the home is prohibited. A $200 fee will be charged if smoking is detected.

Quiet Hours: Please respect courtesy quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Overnight Guests: Only guests listed in the original booking are allowed to stay overnight.

Doors: Always lock the door when leaving the home.

Parties & Large Gatherings: Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Violators will be evicted immediately, and the house codes will be changed. By confirming your reservation, you agree to abide by these rules.

We welcome pets with prior approval for a fee of $250. Please mention your pet in your initial message. Our property is dog-friendly, with a two-dog maximum. If you need to leave your pet at the house, we ask that you crate them. The area is pet-friendly, so there are plenty of places for Fido to join you.

Important Notes:

A $300 penalty will be charged if pets are brought without prior approval.

If there are any damages caused by dogs, service animals, or emotional support animals, an additional $250 cleaning fee will be applied.

Additionally, there is a Ring camera at the entrance of the house. Footage is private and may be used for safety, protection, and liability purposes, in accordance with Airbnb guidelines.
Disabling or obscuring the cameras is strictly prohibited.

We strive to make your family’s stay as easy as possible. For your infant needs, we recommend checking out local rental services for any gear you may require during your stay.
