The Space:
Welcome to our spacious 10m² room, perfect for those who seek comfort and privacy. The room is located in a three-bedroom apartment in the heart of the city, and with a personal lock, you can be sure that no one will disturb your peace. Inside, you’ll find two single beds that can be joined into one large bed – adjust the space to suit your needs! For guests' convenience, the room is also equipped with a desk and chair, wardrobe, and clothes hanger, so storage space is no issue. A large window lets in plenty of natural light, and the reading lamp provides cozy lighting in the evenings.
Guests have access to a fully equipped shared kitchen with a stovetop, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, and kettle. You’ll also find all the necessary dishes, cutlery, pots, glasses, wine glasses, and mugs. Complimentary coffee and tea are always available, so you can start your day with your favorite drink. The bathroom, shared with other guests, offers a comfortable shower, hairdryer, and ironing board with an iron, and we provide fresh towels and bed linens. The Neighborhood:

Thank you for choosing our ROOM for your stay in Warsaw!
The apartment, where the room is located, is accessed via a code entered on the door handle. However, please remember that there is also an additional intercom code required to open the building entrance.
The room is unlocked with a key, which you will find in a small safe (masterlock) mounted near the room door. The masterlock works like a suitcase lock, and we will send you the code and detailed instructions (including a video) in a message before your arrival.
We kindly ask you to inform us about your expected arrival time. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. If you plan to arrive after 9:00 PM, please let us know in advance.
Please note that you are booking a room in an apartment, not a hotel.
Before arrival: Please make sure you have received the email with the instructions and the apartment address, which will allow you to enter smoothly without disturbing the neighbors.
We do not have a reception, and the person in the lobby is not our employee, so they will not be able to assist you. Thank you for your understanding.
