The beach is a 30-second walk from your door, with access to a shaded gazebo, private loungers, plush towels, and a guest-only bathroom for complete convenience.
Inside, youâll find 1,750 square feet of natural light, white-paneled ceilings, and solid wood finishes. The open-concept kitchen is built for entertaining with double ovens, while the large patio features an outdoor kitchen, ping-pong table, and ice bath. Upstairs, the master suite includes a sauna, soaking tub, and a double shower with views of Seven Mile Beach. The location couldnât be better, a two-minute walk to top restaurants and just five minutes to Camana Bay, Fosterâs supermarket, and Blackbeardâs liquor store.

The front entrance features Cayman cut stone and opens into a Caribbean-style villa with white wooden paneling, ceiling finishes, and solid wood doors. Inside, the kitchen is spacious with double ovens for hosting, while the outdoor BBQ and kitchen are perfect for relaxed al fresco dining.
