•    Location: Situated on the Las Vegas Strip, within walking distance of major attractions.  Signature is connected to MGM Grand so you have the perfect combination of walking indoors to the hotel/casino or staying on the quieter side in tower 3.
    •    View: Floor-to-ceiling windows offering an uninterrupted view of the Las Vegas Strip and Sphere.
    •    Amenities: A fully equipped kitchen, modern furnishings, high-speed internet, and a cozy BALCONY.  2 pools to choose from on the Signature side, as well as access to all MGM pools which include a lazy river and a new adults only Palm Tree Beach Club.
    •    Fitness:  2 fully equipped gyms to choose from in Signature Towers 1 and 3.  These have everything you need, but you also have access to MGM’s workout facility as well.  And if  you miss having a spin bike on the road we have a PELOTON bike ready for you located right in your room!
    •    Wellness:  Foam rollers and stretching areas in all gyms, jacuzzis in all pool areas, and access to MGM spa services (for a fee). 
    •    Entertainment:  For those feeling sporty or competitive but not necessarily in the mood for gambling, head next door to the TOP GOLF on site, the only Top Golf that even has its on pool on the 3rd floor. 
    •    Dining options:  Enjoy a fleet of restaurants within the MGM Resort, everything from fine dining to all you can eat buffets.  Or head to the endless options on the strip within walking distance.
