Designed with large groups in mind, the combined offering comfortably sleeps up to 36 guests and provides the ultimate coastal setting for family reunions, celebrations, and group getaways.
Take in stunning ocean views from each residence's private front balcony, fire up the BBQ on the oversized front patios, or unwind on the sunny second-floor decks at the rear of each property. Together, the homes feature four expansive living areas, four fully equipped kitchens stocked with all the essentials, and multiple outdoor spaces perfect for entertaining or relaxing after a day at the beach.
At 3980 Seashore Dr., a second floor 5BR/3BA residence pairs with a ground floor 3BR/2BA, each offering beautiful Pacific views and private outdoor spaces. Inside, the upgraded interiors provide a king bed in nearly every bedroom, with one guest room in each unit offering two twin beds for added flexibility.
Directly across the street, 4000 Seashore Dr. brings together a 4BR/2BA second-floor residence with a 3BR/3BA ground-floor residence. Each of the seven bedrooms is furnished with a comfortable king bed, making it a perfect fit for larger groups seeking both comfort and convenience.
With Newport Beach's renowned ocean recreation just steps away, this one-of-a-kind coastal retreat offers something for everyone to enjoy.

All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning and linen fee and are neatly prepared for your arrival.
LAUNDRY:
Each home offers coin-operated laundry facilities located in the laundry room found along the side walkway. Guests must provide their own supplies and quarters.
PARKING:
- 8 designated spaces
- General neighborhood street parking (metered and non-metered) can also be utilized.
LOCATION:
Best of all is the close proximity to the hugely popular 40th Street beach: well-known for its great surf and inviting shoreline. A longtime local favorite, there is something for everyone to enjoy here! Every convenience imaginable is within easy walking distance from this home: from the well-stocked Pavilions grocery store and various eateries just a few short blocks away, to the lively yet quaint Newport Pier area; and so many more destinations in between, including banks, a pharmacy, full-size movie theater, restaurants, and shops for all ages to enjoy. Guests can park their cars once and not use them again until departure day!
The beachfront boardwalk, which runs almost a 6-mile length of the peninsula, facilitates a great transportation corridor for pedestrians and bicycles, in addition to the Seashore Dr. bike path. It's the best way to get around town to avoid any parking and traffic hassles, too!
RECREATIONAL GEAR:
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: large ice chests, wagons; Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, rollaway twin beds, and much more! Contact us for more information.

A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.

This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensuring compliance with local ordinances.
