Enjoy a beautifully refurbished 2-bedroom, 1œ-bath townhome in Gulf Highlands Beach Resort, Panama City Beach. Featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an updated interior, this home is perfect for families or small groups. Relax on the private balcony, walk to the nearby beach, or enjoy one of the 11 community pools, including the beachfront clubhouse pool.
Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.
About the Vacation Rental Unit:
This spacious two-story townhome offers a functional layout for comfort and convenience. First Floor: Open kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, living room, dining area, and half bathroom. A washer and dryer are available for your use, located just outside the back door to the right. The key can be found on the kitchen key rack. Second Floor: 2 bedrooms, one shared full bathroom, and private balcony. The unit is equipped with central HVAC, ceiling fans, and modern finishes throughout.
This 2-bedroom, 1œ-bathroom vacation rental features:
Master Bedroom: King bed â Sleeps 2
2nd Bedroom: 4 Twin beds (2 bunk beds) â Sleeps 4
Common Area Sleeping Arrangements: Sofa bed in living room â Sleeps 2
Full Bathroom: 2nd floor, shared by both bedrooms
Half Bathroom: common and located on first floor
Maximum Guest Occupancy: 8 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)
Our Flamingo Paradise townhome puts you right by the beach and includes access to the communityâs beachfront bar and grill, so you can soak up the sun and savor the views with ease.
Parking:
Two reserved parking spaces are available directly in front of the unit (marked #169). Guests must go directly to the front gate upon arrival. Please note: the security gates will not provide entry.
Parking passes are handed out at the security gate and are currently free. Guests can speak to the attendant when they arrive, show proof of the booking and they will give them a mirror hanger pass with the dates on it. If they arrive after hours or the security gate is not occupied, they can request one from the security guard the next day. Parking passes need to be displayed at all times. There is limited overflow parking, which can be purchased from the front gate security attendants for $10 per night.
No parking on the grass or double parking on the street. If you have an additional vehicle, there are three paid public parking lots to choose from: 1) Richard Jackson Boulevard at Ocean Towers Condominiums; 2) Churchwell Drive at Front Beach Road, or 3) Thomas Drive at Ripleyâs.
All street-legal golf carts are prohibited on resort property. However, just outside the pedestrian gate on Front Beach Road, there is a rental place and if you rented a cart from them for consecutive days, you could park it at their location, which is an easy walk into the complex and back to the unit.
Trailer Parking: The only parking lot that will allow trailers is the Thomas Drive parking lot located at 9941 Thomas Drive (behind the Ripleyâs Believe it or not). Trailers can be parked at this location. Please note: there is no onsite security. Youâll need to download the app for passportparking or go to the passportparking website to pay the parking fees (based on the license plate of the trailer).

Gulf Highlands Beach Resort is a serene, gated community ideal for families, offering a wealth of amenities including 11 pools (five seasonally heated and one beachfront), a full-service beachfront restaurant, tennis, pickleball and shuffleboard courts, mini golf, playgrounds, and a fitness room.
Beyond the resort, a walking path leads to the Shoppes at Edgewater, featuring dining and entertainment options like FireFly, Deeâs Hangout, American Charlieâs, Pink Pelican Ice Cream Bar, RockâIt Lanes bowling, axe throwing, and escape rooms. For additional fun, youâre just a mile from Shipwreck Island Water Park and less than a mile from Just Jump Trampoline Park, WonderWorks, Coconut Creek Family Fun Park, and Ripleyâs. Popular nearby restaurants include Bayou on the Beach and Saltwater Grill, with Pier Parkâhome to shopping, dining, and entertainmentâonly 5 miles away.
For outdoor adventures, look at Bike The Beach (call or visit their website), located next to the Gulf Highlands office, to rent or purchase bikes, e-bikes, golf carts, e-scooters, slingshots, and tennis or pickleball equipment.
Other details to note:
For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, there are external security cameras located at this vacation rental (2 Ring cameras â front doorbell and back patio).
Trash must be placed in a garbage bag that is tied up and placed inside the silver trash bins located throughout the property. No loose trash allowed.
Outdoor Cushions: Please bring the cushions inside before it rains and when you check out, so they stay fresh and dry.
Sports Equipment: Enjoy complimentary use of the putters, golf balls, and tennis racquets located in the laundry room. A map of all resort activity locations is posted on the side of the refrigerator for your convenience.
Beach Gear: Extra beach chairs and sand toys are stored in the second bedroom closet and on the deck off the main bedroom. Feel free to use them during your stay.
Special Check-Out Instructions
Before leaving, please return the A/C to 78°F or, if the heat was on when you arrived, lower it to 65°F. Return any sports or beach equipment to its original storage locations.
Upon booking, youâll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!
Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as itâs not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.
Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
