Tyylikäs townhouse, hyvin varustettuja erinomainen high-end kalusteet Providenciales (Provo), osa "kaunis luonnostaan" Turks- ja Caicossaaret 230 päähän koskematon valkoisista hiekkarannoista ja turkoosi vesi.

Talo rinnan 18. väylällä hyvin hoidettu 18-reikäinen championship golf course-- kahdesti isäntä Karibian Amateur Open.

Sininen taivas ja auringonpaiste, panoraamanäkymät ja trooppiset tuulet odottavat sinua Provo golfkenttä, jossa Club House on kahden tai kolmen minuutin kävelymatkan päässä talosta.

Riippuen aikaan vuodesta, kurssi avaa klo 8, ja Club House on tarjolla aamiainen, lounas ja illallinen auki, varjoisa terassi ja oleskelutila, jossa on panoraamanäkymät golfkentälle.

Keittiö on hyvin varustettu, jossa tavalliset mukavuudet pitämään askareisiin minimiin, mukaan lukien täydellinen liesi, astianpesukone, jääkaappi pakastin jne.

Sinne on helppo. American Airlines on kaksi tai kolme päivittäinen non-stop lennot Miami, ja päivittäisen lennon New York. Myös lennot kohteesta Dallas, Charlotte, Philadelphia ja Boston. Delta lentää Atlanta, ja Jet Blue päivittäin (vuodenajasta riippuen).
Air Canada on kaksi Suorat lennot kohteesta Toronto, ja on suoria lentoja sunnuntaina Lontoosta British Airwaysin, tai vaihtoehtoisesti mitään viikonpäivänä sisään Miami jatkolento Providenciales.

Great Location with Everything we Needed

The location was perfect with driving or walking access to the beach as well as restaurants. Took morning runs and felt completely safe in the area. Plentiful parking on the access road to the beach. This two bedroom property was spacious for our family of four. Clean and well equipped for cooking.

Absolutely wonderful

All communication with owner were excellent. He was very responsive. The unit we stayed in was very clean and I think it was nicer in person than in pictures and description. It was very well equipped and the pool was right out the back door. Close to shops, beach and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Turks and Caicos.

This cozy town home is in the best location. We were minutes away from the beach and just a few steps from the pool and golf course. I would definitely recommend this to place to other family and friends who wish to visit Turks & Caicos Island.

Beautiful and cozy home away from home

Lovely property in a great location. The owner was extremely helpful. The condo had everything you needed and the property managers were on hand to deal with anything that may arise. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

Great Place to Stay

We stayed for a week in February. Two adults and two teenagers -- we had plenty of room. You can walk to the beach, but if you have kids, a car is best to get around the island to check out all of the different beaches and restaurants. The condo is right near the pool, so that was nice to have coming back from the day at the beach and two full bathrooms is key when traveling with kids. Provo is absolutely breathtaking!

Great home base for golf / beach / diving holiday

Great location, close to golfing, stunning Grace Bay beach, and diving. The backyard pool was a very nice place to read a book with morning coffee. Very close to great restaurants, we loved Cocovan. Patrick was able to accommodate early check-in and late check-out on short notice, which was much appreciated. Bit low on basic provisions, would recommend picking up some extra toilet paper, cooking oil, and salt / pepper when you're in town. Would stay here again!

Winter getaway

We were a group of 4 on a winter getaway and couldn't have asked for a better setting and location. Thank you to our host Patrick! The house was clean, comfortable and provided many amenities. The pool area was a bonus and we prefer to grill meals when we can so the outdoor grill was another bonus as dining out can be expensive. If you love the beach or golfing, both venues are walking distance from the house. Can also walk to restaurants and shops. The closest beach to the house is beautiful and relaxing. Worth renting a car so you can explore the spectacular pearls this island has to offer.

Nice Property Well Appointed

We had a great stay in Providenciales. The property was very clean and comfortable. We had plenty of room and the kitchen was well organized. The pool was literally right out back of the unit., and was a good size - never crowded. It was about a ten minute walk to the beach, which was beautiful. Never played golf, but the property is located on the 18th hole. The course was in great condition. Looking forward to visiting T and C again in the coming years.

Lovely town house

We stayed for 12 days over Christmas 2023. The house is in a small quiet enclave next to the golf course. It has a well equipped kitchen and nice dining area and a comfortable lounge with a terrace ( enclosed with mosquito netting). There are two generous bedrooms with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. It’s a 10 minute walk to Grace bay beach and the cafe there . We preferred long bay beach, but that is a personal preference. I would recommend this property as a lovely, affordable place to stay on the island ( which can get very expensive otherwise). For noise sensitive people, there is noise from the green keepers early in the morning taking care of the golf course behind the house and occasionally you can hear the leeward highway , but nothing major.

Perfect Access to Everything

A friend of mine and I had a wonderful stay at this quiet, but close to everything, property. The property itself was very clean and had everything needed; it also looks much nicer in person as the quality of the photos do not do it justice. Beach access with a rented car was super convenient as well as restaurants, grocery store etc. I would absolutely stay here again! While staying right on Grace Bay would be nice, it is crazy expensive and I just don't like the crowds and resort vibe most seem to enjoy. The closest beach access (2-3 mins in car max) was perfect - beautiful part of Grace Bay and not much of a walk on the beach to fins a perfect spot away from the crowds. I am so happy I stayed here. I dod not have to contact the owner for any reason, but the directions/guide they sent upon booking was super helpful and accurate.

Great location

This is our second time visiting Turks and we found this location ideal for exploring the island. Close enough to restaurants and the smaller IGA (which had everything we needed) but away from the bustle of the main strip. The beach nearby is lovely, park at Ricki’s and if you walk east for a few minutes, you have stretches of grace bay to yourself. The condo is comfortable, good wifi and the kitchen has all you need. Really nice neighbours who know the island well and will help with anything you need. Try coco van for dinner it’s great! Also the neighbours suggested Mr Groupers and they were spot on. Best seafood we had while there though the ambiance and location are misleading. We have small kids and the location is quiet and they loved the pool in the afternoons. Hope to visit again one day and would stay at this property again.

Perfect Getaway

Love this property! This property is very clean, well stocked kitchen and we ate at the enclosed patio every morning. There is also BBQ which came in handy. We appreciate that there were beach chairs and umbrella and some beach toys that we took with us everywhere. We booked this place due to the proximity of Grace Bay, pool and golf course. But we didn’t spend much time in Grace Bay, didn’t use the pool and didn’t play golf during our stay. We would recommend you rent a car so you can venture out to other parts of the island. Grocery stores are nearby. We took day trip to Middle and North Caicos - spectacular view of Mudgin Harbour. Wished we stayed overnight. The host was quick to answer email and very pleasant. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your home.

Amazing stay !!

Our family of 4 stayed in this gorgeous townhouse for 9 days and our stay could not have been better! The townhouse itself was absolutely perfect in every way -- comfortable, super clean, and the location was outstanding. It's a short drive from the restaurants and shopping of The Saltmills and from Grace Bay and Leeward Beaches and is located right on the golf course, with the greens and a community pool right outside the back door and the clubhouse and tennis courts a short 3 minute walk away. In the house, there was everything we needed, from beach towels and beach chairs to all the cooking amenities one could want. The beds were extremely comfortable (!) and the decor was lovely and tasteful that made us feel like we were at home. Patrick, the owner, was very responsive and easy to work with, and all the instructions we needed were provided ahead of time, including an on-island contact (which we did not need). If we come back to Provo (and we are definitely planning on it), we will absolutely be staying here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great Location

We had a great time at the condo the first week of Feb. While not on the beach, the golf course was beautiful, the pool incredibly convenient (we used it every day), and the neighbors awesome! The grocery stores were less than 5 minutes by car and we cooked at least twice per day. The kitchen was very well stocked, they had everything we needed and we used it all. We drove all over the island, so having a car is absolutely recommended. But when we just wanted to go to the beach, it was about a five minute walk to Flamingo's/Ricky's and we were in sand with a cocktail in hand! The overall condo was great! Very clean, everything worked well, and we had no complaints. This is the fifth VRBO rental we've had in the Caribbean, and it was definitely above average on all counts. Thank you Patrick!

Just like Home!

We (4 adults) were very pleased with the accommodations. The condo was spacious, comfortable and clean - nicely decorated. Being on the golf course gave us a very serene, quiet stay. The two bedrooms upstairs (each with separate bathrooms) gave the four of us space away if we needed it. We were able to cook a few meals which included grilling! There is a screened in porch where we would eat. We rented a car (highly recommended). It was nice to be able to go out and return to a quiet environment...just like home. We met some of the very friendly neighbors. Since we dove every day we did not use the pool which was just steps away! The owner is very gracious in making sure we were comfortable. There is a unit manager on the island who was also very friendly, kind and helpful. This was our 3rd time to the island but our first time using VRBO. We would definitely stay at this VRBO again and would recommend it to anyone.

Nice condo and good location

Family of 4 with 2 daughters 21 and 18 years old stayed for 6 nights at Patrick's condo. Condo was nice, well maintained and spacious, the area was safe, located in the premises of Provo Golf club, though we didn't play we loved the view in the back yard. My daughters used the pool in the back (20 yards from veranda) especially when coming from the beach. Condo is close to the Grace bay area a mile or so (my daughters ran several times). The closest beach is a couple of minutes with car. We used our rental car for all our trips and explored most of the island. Some areas that recommend visiting in addition to local area and Grace bay is the Blue Haven Marina market place (good coffee), Sapodilla bay beach and Taylor bay beach, stop at Las Brisas or Bugaloos for lunch/dinner, da Conch shack (South west), Turtle cove (Mango reef), Coral gardens (Somewhere restaurant) good for snorkeling, Smiths reef good for snorkeling, Mr Grouper restaurant, Hemingway's, Coco Bistro (a little touristy). On the way back to airport stop at Mr Grouper (2nd site 200 yards from the airport) relax and enjoy your last meal in T&C with a beautiful view of the airport and surrounding area. Good place to be back and hope Patrick will have this Condo available.

Accomodating and Relaxing!

A very desirable and safe retreat to stay on a beautiful golf course. We had a family of 4 with a17 yr old and a 20 yr old. The townhouse was very comfortable, clean and fully stocked! It it so reasonably priced to stay on such a beautiful and expensive Island. We ate breakfast in, sometimes packed a lunch and ate dinner out all but one night. Patrick was amazing to deal with all through the reservation process and got back to us immediately. Carla on the Island helped us with a few minor things, again very quick to respond and accommodating. We didn't get a chance to eat at the Golf Club but will try next time. A few of our favorite places to eat were: Infiniti, Hemingways, Somewhere, Boogaloos, Tiki Hut, Mango Reef, Las Brisas and Baccia. Our favorite private beach to visit was Taylor Bay (a car is needed to get there and is very cheap to rent for the week, highly recommend). We also visited and lounged on most of the resort beaches on Grace Bay. It is the bluest clearest water you will ever see! Don't miss out out on seeing the Potcakes (Island Puppies) in Salt Mill Plaza. They are adorable and you can take them out for the day and walk them. We will be back next year - can't wait.....Stay Here :)

A GREAT Spot to Stay!

My 2 colleagues and I were looking for a quiet and reasonable place to stay for a recent diving excursion to Providenciales and found this property on VRBO. The property was wonderful, exactly as advertised, and well priced for 3 people; it would be equally suited for families. The property was very roomy and had everything we needed - including a fully equipped kitchen (that we did not take complete advantage of), wi-fi internet, and a washer/dryer unit that came in quite handy. The cable TV provided all the content we could desire, and the layout of the ground floor provided for easy lounging. The grounds 'out back' provided a lovely place to watch the sun set, and the patio a great place to sit and sip end of day drinks without being bothered by any flying critters. There was also a gas grill, though again, we were more inclined to sample the local cuisine. While overall quiet, the neighbors were very friendly and offered useful information about the locale. Many restaurants are close by, ranging from upscale to local and 'kick back'. Patrick was easy to work with and very responsive, and the local contact person was prompt in responding to a small issue we had early on with the wi-fi, an issue that was quickly and easily solved. Provo is a wonderful diving destination, and an overall lovely place to take it easy, stroll on the beach, and swim in beautiful waters. We're looking forward to returning here!

Golfer Dream

This property is located on the 18th hole of the golf course and is very clean, spacious and easy to access. Lovely kitchen and extra bathrooms even though it was just the two of us. Well worth the money!

I was working in TCI over a period of about three years,and fell in love with the Islands and bought this property as a result.

Over the years Providenciales has become a little more built up, but the beauty of Grace Bay has not been affected in the least. You have to see it on a good day to believe it, and I defy anybody to paint the colour of the sea when it is at its best. The golf course is beautiful and challenging, with a lot of water coming in to play.

Because the Island is so small(it only has two roads,an upper and lower road) and no town centre,everything is within easy reach, and the opportunities for every kind of water-sport is readily available.

Quiet location on the golf course but a short distance from the beaches and water sport facilities. Scuba diving and snorkeling is particularly popular because of the superb waters. Communal pool rarely used by anybody, for some reason, and close proximity to the club house and local restaurants.
