House Rules Highlights:
1：入住别墅的客人需要提供有效的护照信息
2：房子的价格不包含电费，电费是单独计算的，每度8泰铢，按实际发生计算。
3：需要客人支付房租保证金，2天内 需要1万泰铢，2天以上需要支付更多的保证金，入住前管家会计算并告知客户。
4：不能在别墅内做任何违法的事情，不可
吸毒赌博，出现任何问题由入住人负责。
5：不能在室内抽烟，违反规定罚款1万泰铢。户外空间可以抽烟。
6：正常的入住时间是 下午15.00 ，退房时间是上午11.00 （如果有特殊情况可以和经理沟通）
7：为了保持室内卫生，禁止穿自己的鞋进入

4: You are not allowed to do anything illegal in the villa, and you are not allowed to take drugs or gamble. Any problems that arise will be the responsibility of the guest.
5: Smoking is not allowed indoors. Violation of the regulations will result in a fine of 10,000 baht. Smoking is allowed in the outdoor space.
6: The normal check-in time is 15.00 pm and the check-out time is 11.00 am (if there are special circumstances, you can communicate with the manager)
