Welcome to The Cottage at High Cross Farms, a lovingly restored 1790 stone guesthouse tucked amid 51 acres of rolling Lancaster County farmland in Mount Joy, Pennsylvania. Once part of a historic homestead over two centuries old, the cottage combines timeless rustic charm with modern comfort, offering a peaceful countryside retreat where guests can unwind, explore, and reconnect with nature.

This cozy cottage sits on the same property as the owner's home, giving you both privacy and the added comfort of a welcoming host nearby. We know, contracts aren't the most exciting part of your getaway, but to keep our home safe, we'll need you to sign a quick rental agreement upon booking (this will be sent to you after you book) — then it's all fun from there! You can see what the contract looks like in the House Rules section. Note, check in details will not be sent until that contract has been signed.

2. This property is NOT pet-friendly. Please note, if we find evidence of an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately, and guests will be charged a $400 non-refundable fine. This is also grounds for the immediate removal of the guests from the home.
3. Please refrain from smoking inside the home! If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $200.00 / per day.
4. If there is snow here in the Winter, we try to maintain the road with a plow, but you will need a 4-wheel drive in the Winter if there is snow.
5. We offer 24/7 complimentary communication to ensure that your stay exceeds your expectations! Please feel free to reach out to us day or night, and we will provide you with a swift response.

Currently, I am helping homeowners from across the country manage there AirBNBs and welcome guests into their 2nd homes through our company called BNB Breeze. We are a hands-on short term rental management company and mostly handle Airbnb listings and the logistical work that goes into managing these properties. Showcasing these properties to look their best and bring in higher returns for investors is just a small part of what I do. Currently managing properties in 13 different states.
I'm excited to say that the company has grown to include many team members! Heather, Aj, and Barb are all working full-time to help BNBbreeze maintain all of the beautiful properties we manage. Additional part-time team members help round out our entire business. Working with with these folks is part of what makes this job so fun:)
