This upscale haven is strategically positioned between The Golf Club at Terra Lago, Fantasy Springs Resort Casino, and Spotlight 29 Casino, offering you the epitome of luxury and entertainment.
Indulge in the crisp, contemporary design that defines every corner of this remarkable home. The spacious living room beckons with a large sectional, inviting fireplace, and a flatscreen TV, creating the perfect ambiance for group gatherings. The dining area, adorned with a stylish table accommodating eight, seamlessly connects to the fully equipped kitchen, boasting additional barstool seating for a sociable culinary experience.
Outside, you’ll find an entertainer’s backyard with a private pool, hot tub, and outdoor living area. Spend your days relaxing in the pool (complete with a basketball hoop and umbrella) before sizzling up something special in the outdoor kitchen with a built-in grill, taking a soak in the jacuzzi, and gathering around the firepit for California-style stargazing.
With four comfortable bedrooms, Indio Echo ensures a restful retreat for everyone. Two primary suites feature king beds and ensuite bathrooms, while a third bedroom offers the comfort of double queen beds. The fourth bedroom, designed with versatility in mind, hosts a twin bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed. Convenience meets sophistication with in-home laundry facilities and ample parking.

- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- This home is located in Terra Lago, a gated community.
- Pool heat is available for an additional fee and needs to be requested at least 48 hours before your stay.
- Pool heat is not available between May 1st and October 1st.
- During the summer months, desert temperatures are extremely high, which may cause the pool temperature to rise as well. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to control this.
- There are three exterior cameras: two monitoring the front door entryway and one overlooking the backyard patio and pool area.
- A rod iron pool fence w/gate can be requested through concierge. Request requires at least one week in advance to confirm availability with local vendor. Guests should budget approximately $850, depending on pool size and logistics.
Parking Details:
- Parking is available for 5 cars - 2 in the garage, and 3 in the driveway.
- No street parking is allowed after 7 pm, or vehicles will be towed at the guests' own expense.
- If fines occur from HOA because of street parking they will be charged to the reservation holder.
- Limited parking in the community.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
