Welcome to Warmth of Warrington, our stylish and modern 2-storey, 1-bed, 1-bath townhouseâperfectly designed for a comfortable and convenient stay in Christchurch. Peacefully tucked away with off-street parking and just 5 minutesâ drive from the city centre, youâll enjoy easy access to top attractions like the Christchurch Botanic Gardens, Riverside Market, New Regent Street, and the International Antarctic Centre.
Downstairs features an open-plan living, dining, and fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, opening out to a private outdoor space. The living room includes a sofa bed (linen available at an additional cost) and a 55â LG 4K Smart UHD TVâideal for unwinding after a day of exploring.
Upstairs, youâll find a cosy bedroom with a queen-size Ecosa mattress and a modern bathroom (stairs access only), ensuring restful nights. Family-friendly amenities like a highchair and portacot are also provided.
