Sarasotan keskusta ja Hwy I-75 ovat 5 mailin päässä talosta. Sarasota / Bradenton International Airport (SRQ) on alle 20 minuutin päässä. 5 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä ovat Gulf Gate -ostoskeskus, ruokakauppa, paikalliset ravintolat, kahvilat, pubit ja julkinen liikenne. Great house, great location

This is the 2nd time we have stay here and hopefully will be able to stay again. The house is great and the pool and outdoor area is where we spent the most of our time. The house is located in a nice area that is a short walk to several restaurants, stores and Publics. It is a short drive to Siesta Beach and down town Sarasota. Our flight was early and Nada got us into the house early.

Great house, facilities and location.

We had a great week here - the house is great with a fantastic pool. Location is perfect for getting to the beach or up and down the coast. Owner was great to deal with and property manager was very responsive. All in all we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to a couple or family of up to 4. Loved it

Perfect house with a beautiful Pool!!!

The house was great, very close to everything. This includes the airport, the Siesta key beach, all types of activities and nightlife. The pool was amazing, so clean and water was the perfect temperature at all hours. This was a great home for a quick vacation gettaway!!

A fantastic house!

It is a well equipped, very clean and beautiful house. In the house you can find everything you need. The swimming pool is beautiful, we enjoyed it big time. Not to forget the garden grill what we used a lot. The location of the house is also excellent. I highly recommend the place to everybody, this is a stellar accommodation without a doubt.

Siesta Key is a great place to relax, the ocean is 10 minutes away by car, we arrived in the morning and Nada allowed us to check in earlier, for which we thank her very much) All our issues were resolved as quickly as possible.

Best VRBO in Sarasota

We’ve stayed at at eight VRBO’s on Florida’s gulf coast for the past 6 years and done numerous rentals for the past 25. This was by far the cleanest house and the large private backyard has the best setup for outdoor activities. The pool is beautiful and almost as large as the house, great for laps. The spa is perfect with the super jets and the lights set the mood. The beds were great and the remodeled bathrooms were spacious and beautiful. You only need to bring your family and friend's, everything else is provided.

Perfect house in perfect neighborhood

One of the nicest vacation houses we have ever stayed at!

We arrived early on a Sat. and were able to check in a few hours early. Mirko at the management company was very helpful and on top of things. The house was very clean and updated. The neighborhood is very quiet and the property is close to everything. Grocery stores, restaurants, beach and all other services within a 5 minute drive. The saltwater pool with built-in hot tub is one of the nicest I've seen and was always crystal clean. New grill, 1 car garage and two full baths made the trip even better. We look forward to returning next year!

Loved the pool

We enjoyed our stay. The pool and hot tub was perfect for our family. This property is in a great location. We visited several different beaches in the area. Parts of the neighborhood were questionable. We would not go for a bike ride through this neighborhood. The street that the property is on was very nice. Overall we had a great vacation and would stay at this property again.

Location, Location!!

My husband and I recently stayed in this beautiful home over the Easter Holiday. We arrived on Easter day and received access to the home early...check-In was an absolute breeze! This home is situated in a safe & quiet neighborhood, and the location couldn't be better! There were many restaurants within walking distance, and the beach just a short drive away. This home was fully equipped with everything we needed, and much more! The home was very clean, and the beds very comfortable. We spent many hours relaxing on the back patio and in the gorgeous pool & spa. We had some issues understanding how the televisions work, but the property manager was there within minutes to help & show us how to navigate the smart TV & the YouTube TV App. The owner's were VERY attentive to this issue & made sure everything was working properly for our stay. What stands out on this property, opposed to other VRBO's, is that they provide FREE YouTube TV with MANY local & major channels. This was a HUGE positive for us when considering this property as we aren't individuals who stream television Apps, and where basic cable TV is our normal "speed" However, you can bring your own sign-on's for other streaming Apps...AND each bedroom has its own large smart TV for your enjoyment. I can't express one negative aspect about this property, or the owner's/property manager. We enjoyed our stay very much, and highly recommend it to anyone considering this home!! We've stayed in many VRBO's, and this property will definitely be our 1st choice when visiting Sarasota in the future! Rhonda

Perfect vacation spot for family of 4

This rental was perfect for our family of 4. Both kids in the same room but with their own beds and a TV so they fall asleep easily and don't wake us up at the crack of dawn? Brilliant. The master with insuite rain shower head? Great water pressure; quick to heat up; second exit straight out to the pool? Magnificent. Kitchenette was a bit small and cramped, but was more than sufficient for our breakfast/lunch needs. Weber grill worked perfectly for our grilled dinners! But the true selling point of this rental is the salt water solar heated pool with hot tub that waterfalls into the pool! Goes from 3 feet to 6 feet, so was absolutely perfect for us and our kids! All we added was a Bluetooth speaker to pump the music while we were out in the pool. We will definitely come back again!

Great home away from home

Cute, clean house with an awesome pool! Very comfortable beds, 10 min drive to siesta key beach. The house is in a residential neighborhood close to a Publix and other essentials! The kitchen is pretty tiny but wasn’t an issue for us. overall we really enjoyed our stay and Nada was responsive to all of our questions!

AMAZING pool

This home was perfect for our week-long vacation! It was very clean, located in a safe, quiet neighborhood, and close to several beaches, restaurants, and grocery stores. The pool is HUGE and was thoroughly enjoyed by my family. We also appreciated all of the beach items (chairs, mats, umbrellas, coolers, towels, and sand toys) that were provided. I highly recommend this home!

Being Snowbirds ourselves, we did comprehensive research on Southern destinations where we felt would be most comfortable and exciting for us to vacation away from the cold winter months in Canada. We had already vacationed in California, New Mexico, Arizona, Panama, Costa Rica, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic, and finally found ourselves mesmerized with the beaches and amenities that Sarasota offers to vacationers.

We decided to craft a Beach House in Sarasota Gulf Gate because of it's charming tranquility, as well as it's close proximity to Siesta Key Beach. We wanted to have a vacation home that would be relaxing and enjoyable, and at the same time, give us that 'away from it all' feeling. It took us some time to remodel an exquisite property and to construct and include a beautiful and expansive Roman swimming pool on our large patio.

We are thrilled with our Gulf Gate Beach House as a family and we are excited to share our joys and passion for it with you too! See you there! And remember, ‘Life is Good’

We were attracted by a beautiful view from the living room on the spacious and tropical looking backyard. We immediately imagined a large swiming pool with built-in spa right in the middle of it. Our dream came true the following year when we built a nice sundeck and our private, Roman-shaped swimming pool, where we spend our most enjoyable moments.
