Wake up to the sound of the waves and enjoy your morning coffee — or a peaceful yoga session — on the covered patio with breathtaking ocean views. This recently updated 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo has everything you need for a comfortable, hassle-free stay for up to 5 guests.
The kitchen features granite countertops, custom cabinetry, and new appliances. The bathroom is fully updated, the furnishings are fresh, and A/C keeps the whole space cool and relaxing. There’s also plenty of storage, making longer stays a breeze.
Ocean Trillium offers fantastic perks like a beachfront pool for guests only and private, direct access to one of the best stretches of sandy beach around. The water is crystal clear and perfect for swimming, surfing, bodyboarding with the kids, or just lounging by the shore. Whether you want to take a long walk on the sand, catch some waves, or simply soak up the sun, this beach is the place to be.
With an outdoor shower right near the beach, choosing between the pool or ocean will be the most comfortable flip-flop decision you ever make!
The location couldn’t be better — just a short walk to local favorites like SoNapa for amazing food and drinks, and Izzy’s Island Tacos for a laid-back beach bite. There is walk up beach bar next door if you want live music or need a drink with an umbrella to round out your perfect vacation at the beach! You’ll also find great shops, cafés, and plenty to explore nearby in downtown New Smyrna.

I’m from the west coast but my family and I fell in love with Florida. Specifically the New Smyrna area because of its “Island Time” mentality. I love hosting because it allows us to share what we love most about our own vacations as a family with yours.
