Peaceful Montreat Cottage with Winter Views

Your stay is within walking distance to multiple trail heads of the Montreat Trail System, including 40 miles of hiking trails spread over 2500+ acres of protected wilderness. Walk or drive to the Montreat Conference Center, Lake Susan, tennis courts, playground, community pool and more.

Bonnie Beinn Cottage features a main level master bedroom with an en-suite bath, two upstairs bedrooms with a shared bath, and a basement bunk room with game room, perfect for kids or teens.

The cottage was updated in the summer of 2021 and features a Webber gas grill, all new appliances, and updated finishes throughout. Other amenities include a hot tub (added in 2025), screened in porch with swing, gas fireplace with remote, solo stove fire pit, a main level entrance, internet and cable tv throughout, and ample parking.

Central Heat/AC serves the main floor and basement areas. The second floor bedrooms each have ultra-quiet split units in the windows and base board heating.

In June and July we rent in 7 night (min) increments, from Saturday to Saturday.

Paper products, cleaning products and trash bags:
We provide enough basic essentials to get you started, and will usually be enough for a weekend stay, depending on your number of guests.
These include:
Kitchen Trash Bags: 3 Ea
Paper Towels: 1 roll
Toilet Paper: 2 per bathroom (6 rolls total)
Dishwasher Detergent: 3-4 pods/washes
Washing Machine Detergent: 3-4 pods/washes
Hand washing soaps in all the bathrooms.
Body Wash in all the showers.

Total Guests:
Our house rules include a limit of 8 adults (over 18 years old), with a total limit of 10 people.
