We’re Kristin and Peter, a family who fell in love with the Delaware beaches and wanted to create a welcoming retreat where other families, couples, and friends can make lasting memories. Hosting gives us the chance to share the places we love most—whether it’s quiet mornings with coffee on the porch, a day at the beach, or exploring the local trails and boardwalks.

Travel has always been a big part of our lives (we’ve visited more than 25 countries!), and we know how much thoughtful touches—like comfy beds, well-stocked kitchens, and family-friendly extras—can make a stay special. When we’re not hosting, you’ll find us hiking, camping, listening to live music, playing card games, or planning our next adventure with our kids and two rescue cats, Pear and Cherry.

We hope our home becomes the backdrop for your own adventures, whether you’re here to relax, reconnect, or explore.

What sets our property apart is the way it’s designed for real relaxation and connection. We’ve created a space that’s as comfortable for families with kids as it is for couples or groups of friends—stocked with thoughtful amenities like beach wagons, games, kid-friendly supplies, and a fully equipped kitchen. The home is tucked in a quiet neighborhood, yet just minutes from the sand, boardwalk, bike trails, breweries, and shopping, so you get the best of both worlds: convenience and calm.

We’ve put care into every detail—from cozy bedrooms and modern upgrades to the little touches that make a stay feel special. Our guests often tell us that what they love most is the combination of location, comfort, and the “welcome-home” feel you don’t always find in a vacation rental.
