The size is 37 square meters with an ideal layout allowing you to have a separate bedroom for comfortable sleep, toilet & bath, dining area, living room and a separate kitchen area where you can enjoy preparing your favorite food.

LIVING AREA:
Relax and enjoy watching your favorite movies and series on our 50” Android TV while connected to our 200mbps fiber internet wifi. The living room is also equipped with split type inverted AC, center table for your coffee, L-shape sofa, area rug and nicely printed curtains.

DINING AREA:
The living room has a 4-seater wide wooden dining table, fully upholstered dining chairs, big size wall frames that create a modern accent, chandelier with warm lights, elegant wall decor, good enough wooden shoe rack, large size wall clock and 4 ft. plants.

BEDROOM:
Enjoy your restful sleep in our 54x75 mattress supported by soft headboard. We always make sure that the set of beddings are always fresh and clean including the towels and tissues. A dedicated workspace comes with office table, upholstered study chair, Ipad holder, study lamp and decorative plants to refresh your eyes while having heavy works. We also installed a soft block-out curtains, a durable window type AC with remote control to avoid inconvenient while the guests are staying with us.

KITCHEN AREA:
Our kitchen is complete with basic necessities such as, set of eating, drinking and cooking utensils, plates, glasses, chopping board, knives, scissors, can opener, utensils holder, dish drainer, a brand cooking range with 4 burner hot plates & oven, rice cooker, microwave, electric kettle, refrigerator and a top load washing machine.

BATHROOM:
Bathroom comes with multipoint water heater, hair blower, mirror, bidet and a shower curtain.

Exercise gym, swimming pool and playground are available for a fee (₱200/person for pool), (₱100/hr for the gym) and only allowed to use by registered guest. Gym and pool are open from 6:00am to 10:00pm

Please note that the pool is closed every Monday for cleaning maintenance.

Our unit does not have available parking but there are available pay parking just right beside the building premises, an open parking across the street, pay parking in Forbeswood Heights (just across also) and a pay parking in 8forbes town (also close by).
