Et voi päästä lähemmäs rannalle kuin tämä! Tämä prime, Oceanfront kotiin on 5 tilavaa makuuhuonetta joissa molemmissa on oma kylpyhuone. Nauti upeista merinäkymistä sekä olohuoneista, keittiöstä että ruokasalista. Yksityinen DIRECT Ranta pääsee suoraan kannelta! Herää meren ääniin ja nauti aamukahvia samalla kun katsot auringon nousua. Useat kannet mahdollistavat upeat auringonlaskunäkymät. Kaikki 5 makuuhuonetta on varustettu MEMORY FOAM -patjallisilla patjoilla! Nauti rannasta takapihalla, ulkosuihku. Omistaja jättää monia rantaleluja ja polkupyöriä avuksesi. Keittiö on varustettu kaikella, mitä tarvitset lomastasi rentoutumiseen. Margaritavillen valmistaja, Keurig-kahvinkeitin ja Ninjan ammattimainen tehosekoitin ovat olleet erittäin suosittuja! Great house

Loved this beach house! Clean and you really don’t have to bring anything but your clothes, rhe home has everything you need for a day on the beach! Plenty of towels for our group I’d 13!

Heather is an amazing host! Very responsive and most helpful. The home was clean and well stocked with some essential items like beach chairs, beach towels and lots of kitchen essentials. Two living areas and two refrigerators provided plenty of space for everything our crew needed. And the Location was perfect for us! We had a wonderful stay and have already booked for next year! Thank you, Heather!

Great Place

Our family really enjoyed our second year's vacation there this year. The owner is good about keeping things in good shape and attractive. If I had to suggest any priories for improvements this year it would be recushioning the dining chairs and adding blackout fabric or blinds to sheer sidelight windows in the upper floor bedrooms.

Excellent Stay for our Family

Great house on a perfect piece of property toward the north end of the island. Steps to the beach and lots of great amenities. We loved the double decks and enjoyed them every part of the day. The kitchen is stocked with the tools and appliances you need to make breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert should you choose to cook while you’re there. If you’re looking for a place to stay at Ocean Isle beach to stay with family or friends, consider the Beached House!

Family week at the beach

This house was perfect for our family - 4 couples & kids. The rooms give you private space, the upper floor kitchen & sitting area have a spectacular view, it was well stocked with essentials. It's near the end of the island so the beach is not crowded. We will come again!

2nd visit to the Beach House

House was clean and as described. This was our second visit to Ocean Isle and the Beach House. Everything was clean and in good order with a few small updates that were noticeable including the beach and patio furniture. We had a great time during our visit.

I visited this property twice

I have stayed at this location on two occasions. Both visits have been splendid. The house is immaculate and very spacious. Each room is filled with beautiful colors and beach items. The kitchen is fully stocked and the beach is right outside the door. The deck provides breathtaking views and ample seating. I definitely felt like I was on a vacation at the shore.

Best Beach House

As a Realtor and Property Manager I know that proper communication can be the key to a good transaction and Heather, the owner is the best when it comes to communication. The house is perfect for our family, the first floor fits the grandkids to a T and the top floor has the views everyone wants. I have been going to Ocean Isle for more than 30 years and stayed in dozens of rentals, but this one is at the top.

We loved The Beached House!

In 30 years vacationing at OIB this house had everything! Shaded deck for the grands who could watch all beach activities! A first for us to have bathrooms stocked with shampoo,etc. we missed having an enclosed outdoor shower but that seems to be in the works. Loud host was so responsive ! We will be back!

GREAT BEACH HOUSE!

This house have plenty of room for 14 people. It has everything you need from a bike, kayak, bbq grill, pool and beach accessories, and fully equipped kitchen. Each bedroom has a bathroom. The decks are so relaxing and have an awesome view of the beach. My group of r14 adults will definitely rent this house again. The girls bunkbed can fit 3 adults and the boys bunkbed easily fit 3 adults as well. I do wish that I could bring a dog to this house tho. Love this house!

Great house and location!

My family spent the week at this house and had such a great time. We typically go to Ocean Isle every year for our beach vacation, but had never stayed this far east on the island. We loved it as it has to be one of the widest beach areas on the island now since the jetty/beach rejuvenation project has been completed, and it is not nearly as crowded as the rest of the island. The house has phenomenal views, great amenities, and very convenient access to the beach. You can also walk from the house all the way to the Intracoastal Waterway. Heather was very nice and communication with her was great. We would highly recommend this house to anyone and hope we can stay there again in the future.

Good house good location but needs some new furniture and paint in some places.

The furniture in the main family room is so dirty and old that we did not really want to sit on it. Time to replace. Also, the painting on the inside stairway railing between top floor and lower level really needs a clean fresh coat of paint. Otherwise, it is a nice house and the manger responded to us quickly.

Birthday Celebration

A group of friends bprented and this home for a birthday celebration and this home was perfect. Located right on the ocean offered beautiful views. The home was spotless. The living areas were large with a kitchen that had every possible appliance or dish that we could possibly need. Every possible beach item was provided. We had hours if fun floating and playing volleyball in the pool. Just a short walk to the end of the island allowed for a great view of the morning sunrise and we saw lots of tiny star fish. Shopping. Tourist attractions, and recreational activities were all very close. We would all come back in a heart beat. Great vacation rental.

Great location but overall not clean

This house is in a phenomenal location. The layout of the house is quite nice. However, for the cost of the weekly rental, we were shocked at how dirty and worn the living room furniture was. I didn’t even want to sit on the couch or chairs in the living room because they are covered in dark, grimy stains. The rugs throughout the house are also very dirty and need to be replaced. The trash can cabinet in the kitchen was filthy. I would not rent here again.

Thanksgiving 2023

As this was our first Thanksgiving after the loss of our father, we decided to take our 89-year-old mother to the beach for the holiday. On short notice, we were lucky to find this home available. The home was clean and ready upon our arrival. The home was in a great location, at end of the island with beautiful views of the sunset and sunrise. We enjoyed having a living area on each floor with its own balcony. The kitchen and dining areas were a great size with plenty of room. Compared to other VRBOs we found the home to be well equipped with supplies! The owner was extremely responsive and so very nice! She took the time to resolve the concerns that were shared prior to our visit. She messaged to ensure the home was as expected when we arrived and even reached out on the day of our departure to wish us a safe trip home. We look forward to staying here again

Floors

Over-all the place is very nice. My only concern is the slick floors throughout the house. Going out onto the deck upstairs, the mat slid our from several members staying at the house including a 7, 4, and 3 year old. I slipped going down the stairs inside and fell down 8 stairs, causing me to have to go to the emergency room and stay upstairs for the next 2 1/2 days. Mat in the kitchen had no backing on it also causing several members of my family to slip as well. Like I said, enjoyed the house with the exception of the slick floors. Unfortunate that I lost spending three days at the ocean with my family and my grandkids. Looking at contacting my attorney to discuss next steps.

Lovely Beachfront Home

We were really pleased with this vacation home. It suited both of our families really well—even cooking for 13 people. We had people in our group with allergies and mold sensitivities, but no one had any reactions in this home. The view and the beach were absolutely amazing! The home is so light and airy! The decks were redone. Come to find out the beach was even recently reconstructed. It was amazing. We found out that first and second streets had been wiped out from a hurricane, so this house, which sits on third Street, is now beachfront. What a find! We loved how there was shade even on the 3rd floor deck off the kitchen and dining room. The second level deck was shaded also. And the lower level deck has shade as well! We’d never stayed at a house so convenient to the beach. It really makes a huge difference! I highly recommend this home!

Family time with kids and the grandparents-Oceanfront at its best!

Thank you so much for renting us this wonderful property! The house was everything you described it to be and more. The house was very clean and we loved the luxury bed linens and bath towels. You just don't get that kind of quality from a linen rental company and it was so nice to show up after a 12 hour car ride to the beds being made. You just can't beat the view with the waves crashing right up against the wall of the property near the pool. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed and more to cook up some nice meals. We also enjoyed a few local restaurants while we visited and took in some miniature golf. The views from the multiple decks were just awesome and there was every type of seating you could imagine. After a long day at the beach, we loved relaxing in the large pool. We also took advantage of the closet of fun beach gear and toys. We also enjoyed a family bike ride with all the great beach cruisers you provided. Basically, you thought of everything. We apprecuated the great tips to make our week even more enjoyable.
