Inside you’ll find a master bedroom with a king bed plus a queen Murphy bed in the living area for flexible sleeping arrangements. The unit includes one full bathroom, and boasts a full kitchen and dining area so you can prepare meals at your leisure. A washer and dryer in-suite add big convenience. Standard amenities such as air conditioning, cable TV, Wi-Fi, hairdryer, and a private lanai or patio are included. NOTE: Amenities may differ from suite to suite.

WorldMark Kona makes it easy to balance adventure and relaxation. Resort amenities include an outdoor pool, hot tub, barbecue area, children’s pool, and 24-hour front desk. Great outdoor activities like snorkeling, hiking, and water sports are nearby, and you’ll be a short drive from shopping and local dining.

Fees & Policies:
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM; check-out is by 10:00 AM. Valid photo ID and credit card required at arrival. A refundable deposit or hold will be required (amount depends on booking). The property is non-smoking; only service animals are permitted. Pets are not allowed. Parking is limited; boats, RVs, and trailers cannot be accommodated. Local lodging / transient occupancy taxes apply.

Items to note:
- Should you wish to use in-suite Wi-Fi during your stay, please note that it is an available amenity for a fee. You can activate this service and arrange payment at the front desk or through the Wi-Fi log-on portal on your device.
- Occupancy taxes are due at the time of check-in. They are charged per day based on the size of the unit. Please contact the resort for the exact amount.

-Parking is limited, and the resort is not able to accommodate the storage of boats, RVs, and trailers.
-Pool and hot tub hours are 8 a.m.-10 p.m. Children who are not fully potty trained must wear swim diapers. There are no lifeguards on duty. Please refer to posted pool signage for more information.
-Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome at all WorldMark Managed locations and Not Managed locations. All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted at WorldMark Managed or Not Managed locations.

- Check cancellation policy before booking. No refunds after the cancellation deadline due to any reason, including COVID-19 (except full resort closures), natural disasters, or personal changes. For these reasons we always recommend purchasing trip insurance for unforeseen circumstances like these. This resort is part of a timeshare and you may be invited to attend a sales presentation. Any participation is always optional and never required when booking through KOALA.
