Marriott's OceanWatch Villas at Grande Dunes will be undergoing an interior villa renovation Sept. 7, 2025 through Mar. 20, 2026. Please anticipate construction noise during daytime hours. Amenities are expected to remain open.

The Sand Dollar Grille will be closed for renovations from Dec. 31, 2025 through Feb. 28, 2026. Please anticipate construction noise during business hours.
