Garage & Entry
You’ll have access to a two-car garage equipped with an EV charger, and horizontal parking is allowed in front of the garage. A door inside the garage provides direct entry into the home. The main entrance opens to a landing that leads into a multi-use workspace featuring a queen Murphy bed. This level also includes a full bathroom and the laundry area with a washer and dryer.
The second floor includes all main bedrooms, while the top floor features the bright family room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, complete with a balcony offering ocean views.
Bedrooms & Living Spaces
The mid-level includes three bedrooms. The primary suite features a California King bed, a private patio with an infrared sauna, and a spa-like bathroom. Additional bedrooms include a Queen room with a balcony swing chair and a Full room connected by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom.
The upper floor offers an open-concept living area with a cozy family room, spacious dining zone, and a well-appointed kitchen—perfect for gathering, cooking, and enjoying the coastal breeze.
Check-In Process
Guests must complete our check-in forms before arrival. We work with a trusted third-party insurance partner for property protection and optional guest screening.
Travel Insurance
We recommend purchasing travel insurance, as our cancellation policy is firm and cannot be adjusted once booked.
House Rules
• Quiet Hours: 9pm–8am to maintain a peaceful neighborhood.
• No Parties or Events: Community respect is essential.
• Registered Guests Only: Only the guests included in the reservation are allowed on the property; no outside visitors.
• No Smoking or Vaping: This includes cigarettes, vaping, incense, and candles inside the home and on balconies or patios.
• No Pets: To preserve cleanliness and allergy-friendly standards, pets are not permitted.
• Checkout: Please follow the confirmed checkout time. Late checkout must be approved in advance and may incur fees.
• Review Compliance: Guests who break house rules, violate checkout times, or disregard policies may lose the ability to leave a public review per platform guidelines.
Booking Policies
• Safety Devices: Do not remove, cover, or tamper with smoke or carbon-monoxide detectors. Tampering is illegal, may result in fines up to $10,000, immediate cancellation without refund, and charges for repairs.
• Smoking Violations: Any evidence of smoking will result in remediation fees plus cleaning and damage charges.
• Extra Cleaning: Additional cleaning fees may apply if the home is left excessively dirty (e.g., glitter, confetti, spills, stains, heavy sand, trash left behind, or mess requiring extensive time to address).
• Review Requirement: Guests with limited reviews or ratings below 5 stars may require host approval before booking.
Long-Term Stays (30+ Days)
• A monthly cleaning service is required at $500 per month.
• A deep cleaning fee of $1,000 is required at checkout.
By booking, guests agree to all house rules and accept responsibility for their personal safety. Hosts are not liable for lost, forgotten, or unattended belongings. For urgent maintenance, we may enter the home with 12 hours’ notice.
We ask that all bookings be made in good faith, with respect for the home and neighborhood community. We’re always here to assist at any stage of your stay.
