The home features 3 bedrooms, each designed with your comfort in mind, and 3 full bathrooms so everyone has the privacy they need. The fully-equipped kitchen is stocked to whip up home-cooked meals, from morning coffee to evening dinners. For added ease, a washer and dryer are available to keep your wardrobe fresh during longer stays.
Step outside and enjoy the outdoor seating area, a peaceful spot for morning coffee or evening conversations. If you’re in the mood for a cookout, fire up the charcoal barbeque grill and dine al fresco under the open sky.
Parking is simple and stress-free with free driveway space for up to 2-3 vehicles, and reliable Wi-Fi keeps you connected throughout your stay. - Occupancy [ 8 ]
- Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee.
- 1 pet is allowed for an additional $100 fee. Pet should not be more than 30 lbs.
- Smoking is NOT allowed.
- Minimum smoking fee: $250. However, the total charge may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable.
- Fireworks are not allowed.
- Parties or events are NOT allowed.
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 7 AM.
- Primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entirety of the stay.
- For safety reasons, lighting candles are not allowed inside the property. We kindly ask to please refrain from using any candles indoors to ensure the safety of all guests and the property.
- There is a charcoal grill on site. We kindly ask guests to bring their supplies, extinguish any flames/coals after each use, and adhere to any county burn ban in effect.
- The City of Austin waste collection is on Tuesday for this property. Please do not place any trash bags into compost or recycling.
- If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found.
- Additional charges (including shipping fees) may apply if personal items are left behind.
- In the event that you need to use the hard key, we kindly request that you place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key.
- There are exterior cameras at property for security purposes. Please do not tamper with them. Fees may apply.
HVAC Rules: Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. If you encounter any issues, don’t hesitate to contact us.
As you may know, Texas is home to plenty of bugs, especially during cricket season. You may notice a few more of them around September and they’re completely harmless, though we understand they can be a bit pesky. Rest assured, we take proactive measures to manage them, and it shouldn’t pose a problem during your stay. To help keep them outside, please keep all windows and doors closed, especially in the evenings. If you happen to notice any inside, feel free to use the bug spray provided under the sink.
